I've been going there for several years and it's never disappointed me. Excellent quality at great prices. The last time I ate culaccia, however, I was disappointed because they'd removed all the fat. The waitresses told me that's what customers want now! Disgraceful... like eating Parma ham and/or culatello without the fat. It loses all its sweetness, and purists would be horrified. Tradition dictates fat (aged is excellent). If you eat a balanced daily diet, it's not that fat that's bad for you... Ask for the whole slice!!! And you won't regret it. Enjoy your meal! I forgot, pair it with a glass of Lambrusco, Gutturnio, or Ortrugo.

Beautiful location with a display of traditional products available for purchase in their shop. Impeccable, fast, and courteous service. Excellent ingredients, delicious dishes, and generous portions! Honorable mention for the fried pasta and the chocolate cake, truly fabulous!

A fixed stop every time we go to and from San Vincenzo in Tuscany. I have no more adjectives to say that the tortelli, salami and cheeses are fabulous

Buonissimi i piatti, abbiamo scelto il tris di tortellini , poi salumi e formaggi: buoni. Il prezzo non è alto: in pratica con il costo di 2 biglietti del labirinto lì vicino (che non ne vale assolutamente la pena, non sprecate soldi e tempo) abbiamo pranzato, e molto bene!

20/08/2025: Culinary Italy. Everything was excellent. The only flaw that kept me from giving it a 5 is that at 1 pm they said they'd run out of various cheeses for the platter. They gave me all the Parmesan, which, despite how good it is, gets boring after a while. The service staff were very kind and the food was clean.
29/07/2025: Sale of cured meats of their own production, they also do lunches and snacks with cured meats and cheeses, huge portions, everything excellent, I recommend a stop

09/07/2025: If you’re reading this review, go book your table RIGHT NOW. This was absolutely amazing. We were here during our honeymoon in 2022, and came back tonight, and it was simply perfect. Lorenzo is a joy, and I hope to come back very very soon!
