Excellent torta al testo, even though it's a non-standard size, but the food is excellent overall. The service is very good, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Prices are moderately high, but reasonable.

Saturday evening 1 hour and 40 minutes for a piece of cake is an exaggeration considering that at our table there were also 4 children in addition to 11 adults....if you don't know how to manage full houses it's not right to take reservations (n.b. we had booked for 8.30pm, they served us the cake at 10.40pm) I won't add anything else.

Che scoperta a Perugia! Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla qualità e dalla generosità delle torte tipiche offerte da questo locale che, a quanto pare, è molto più di una semplice panineria. Nonostante non siamo della zona, il gusto è stato così memorabile che torneremo sicuramente a Perugia, e una tappa fissa sarà senz'altro qui per gustare nuovamente queste delizie. Menzione speciale per la torta con il salmone, assolutamente raccomandatissima! Il prezzo è onestissimo considerando la bontà e le dimensioni delle porzioni. Un vero gioiello!

Ormai una seconda casa per noi, si mangia benissimo ed il personale è gentile, non c'è scelta di primi (sono principalmente torte al testo, secondi e insalate) ma è davvero top! Consigliatissimo!

23/08/2025: I stopped for lunch and started with an excellent charcuterie board, followed by strangozzi with black truffle, a truly delicious first course with well-balanced flavors. To finish, on the staff's recommendation, I tried a ricotta mousse with acacia honey and a sprinkling of truffle: a real surprise, so good I could have eaten a whole tub! The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful waitresses. The price was fair, considering the use of premium ingredients like truffles and a good wine. If I ever return to Norcia, I'll definitely be back!
20/08/2025: I just finished dinner at Taverna del Boscaiolo...what can I say, totally approved and recommended! The cappellacci alla norcina were sublime, the lentils with herb oil were truly delicious, and finally, a ricotta mousse with honey and truffle was the icing on the cake. The food was excellent (try the grilled sausages too...if I came back, I'd definitely order them!), the staff were truly friendly, and the service was very fast. Recommended!
