Exceptionally well seasoned food, creative ideas, great hours and staff. Had the home made tagliatelle with white veal ragu, which was sumptuous. The stuffed chicken with lemon and thyme also fantastic. Insalatona with house preserved mushrooms and tuna was exactly what we needed. Great selection of wines by the glass. Peaceful interior, friendly and attentive staff. Grissini a bit stale. Recommended!

Excellent, exceptional food and service. This place is a gem. We were promptly greeted and served. The pasta course is perfectly al dente served with lovely meat sauce, delicious! The main course is a delicate dish of stuffed eggplant roll served with a side of green salad, truly outstanding. Serving is generous with offer of more pasta if desired. This restaurant deserves five stars for food quality and taste, great service and value.

For someone who doesn't cook, going to a cooking class is definitely not on the top of the list of things to do for me, especially when travelling abroad. But I have thoroughly enjoyed the cooking class at Garibaldi Kitchen! Under the watchful eyes of the chef and his assistant, we prepared arancini and pasta. While they are simple enough for me to complete, there are techniques you have to master. Had it not been the helping hands of the beautiful assistant, my pasta would have been a real flop. In addition, we also have the best cannoli we have had in Sicily, and of course the lemoncello! Instead of just going to lunch at some restaurant, you may want to consider this as an option after visiting the Villa Romana del Casale. Not only did we have a lovely lunch, we also have a very enjoyable and fun experience.
