Alcune cose ci sono piaciute molto, altre decisamente meno. Servizio abbastanza celere. Il cameriere aveva messo le mani avanti, ma non abbiamo aspettato poi molto per mangiare. Alcune cose avrebbero richiesto il bis (tipo i paccheri al sugo di pesce), e purtroppo dal menù mancavano alcuni piatti che avremmo gradito assaggiare. Gli spazi non sono ampi, ristorantino carino non proprio in centro, ma molto vicino al Duomo.

Reservering via de website gedaan en al snel een bevestiging ontvangen. Perfecte bediening en mooie wijnkaart. Tuna tartaar, spaghetti vongole en catch of the day (op advies van de ober) was allemaal even lekker in een erg ontspannen sfeer. Het is misschien niet de mooiste locatie maar het gaat om de smaken op je bord.

Excellent service, as well as the raw materials used in the preparation of excellent dishes which do not deny the nature of a Slow Food presidium. You pay for quality, but perhaps for Ragusa it is a little above average. It's still worth it.

Excellent choice in Ragusa Ibla. We chose this restaurant because it is part of the Slow food taverns of Italy, wherever we go we follow their instructions because we have always had a good time. We ate very well. Family run inn, usually the best. The father takes care of table service with extreme kindness. The menu follows the tradition of the area and is modern at the same time. Chef Giovanni, son and mother are in the kitchen. As a start, we were brought a hot bruschetta with capuliato made by them. The vegetables are from their garden. We took the Ragusan focaccia with ricotta and sausage, octopus with Scicli beans, cava alla norma and finally the orange frost. All very good.

An excellent traditional tavern in the center of Ragusa. Pleasant outdoor terrace covered with umbrellas in good weather, large rooms inside for winter dinners. Simple dishes chosen as evidence of the Iblei flavours, intense and tasty flavours. Quick and professional service. The wine list is good with mainly regional labels. Low prices.
