A high-end culinary experience in a location with meticulous attention to detail. The wait staff was extremely friendly and attentive to guests' needs. The Radice menu (gluten-free in my case) was a true sensory journey, surprising with every course. The quality/price ratio was also excellent, making the experience even more satisfying.

Beautiful surroundings. Good cuisine. Friendly staff. The rooms are noisy, unfortunately. Everything can be heard between the attic and the rooms below. Soundproofing has not been addressed. The doors close loudly. Our stay turned into a nightmare because the guests in the room above us were loud until dawn.

Excellent hotel. Paradise for those who needs Gluten Free kitchen. Great place to have 3 generations holiday. Grandparents in a suit and children and grandchildren in an apartment ( there are 4) .It is not a fancy hotel and it feels like home, also because of the attitude of the staff, Good location to visit both Toscana's wine route, as well as all main cities Very good breakfast and also a very good restaurant on site. For sure we will come again

We visited the whole family (grandparents plus nephews) kids are from 3-7yo. Everyone had so much fun!! we stayed at the family room, it was an amazing and comfortable room. The couple suites are amazing and romantic. Lots of space for kids to run and play outside. Breakfast is the best ever. My son has a celiac and they took care of him. Dinner was amazing as well! Staff and owner are so nice and all the time tried to help! For sure we will come back (kids had so much fun they cried once we left).

Awesome place! Wow food! Eating in this restaurant is a beautiful experience. Food becomes magic, saying very good, excellent is limiting. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, the dining room staff is helpful and very professional. The menu changes every season. Food becomes music for the taste buds. Prices are more than fair for the quality and service offered. It's now my favorite restaurant. Ps call to book and specify if you have allergies/intolerances, gluten free and food restrictions. So that when you arrive there will be a dedicated entrée….

06/10/2025: Superb lunch experience. Pappardelle ragu with boar was presented very well and tasted great. Wine suggestions were perfect. Sitting outside with a view of the square makes the entire experience very "Italian". The staff was great and the older waiter was hilarious (and truly professional). Might be back for dinner here since the meals I saw all looked great.

The location in Piazza Grande is unique and evocative, and the service is impeccable: the staff is kind, attentive, and always available. The menu combines traditional Tuscan dishes with more modern options, using quality ingredients and carefully selected pairings. Prices are average considering the location and the quality of the restaurant. Another plus is the attention to those with special needs: in addition to vegetarian dishes, there are thoughtful vegan options. However, it's best to mention any special needs when booking to ensure the best experience. We'll always be happy to return!

Osteria dei Poeti

09/10/2025: We had a quick lunch at this osteria, opting for the €15 menu (appetizer and first course). Excellent cured meats and a memorable ragù, impeccable service. The owner, Cesare, knows his stuff and comes out often to check on the meal. The place is truly beautiful, both inside and out. What can I say? It looks promising, and we'll try the à la carte menu later.
