We had dinner with friends at the legendary Rolando, master of dialect cuisine, writer, painter, but above all it is always a pleasure to spend time in his company. Restaurant that spans the history of cuisine over the last 50 years, with strictly typical dishes of the area and excellent wines. An excellent dinner in a refined and familiar environment and service. Very good to recommend

Once again a wonderful evening with very good food, great wine and very entertaining conversations. Thanks to Rolando and your great team. An authentic meal with a very nice bottle of house wine, the owner has won prizes with his cooking, and no longer has to prove anything. I ate very tasty pasta, carpacio, the daughter ate pork and the husband beef in red wine, Piece voir piece of pearls, then ate the tastiest tiramisu ever. If it also turns out that the paintings in the shop and the label of the wine bottle from the side, I am even more impressed. Thank you for your hospitality Rolando, I am a big fan.

04/01/2025: It was last week, what can I say, excellent food, the first courses made by them were spectacular, the strozza preti, speck and spinach, a divinity, simple but delicious gnocchi, they unfold in the mouth, cut of excellent grilled quality, all good, I recommend it to everyone
