Very, very good food, very cozy decor, and super friendly staff. We felt well looked after, and the prices are completely reasonable. We would come back anytime! One of the best restaurants we've been to in the region (we ate dinner at 14 different restaurants over 14 days). We definitely recommend Da Rolando.

Old-fashioned cuisine... Excellent dishes! We tried the pork fillet with truffles and the mashed potatoes with fossa cheese... Everything was exceptional! I highly recommend it!

I visited "Da Rolando" in San Costanzo and I have to say: it was a real hit. The restaurant is centrally located in town, in an area that is typical of the Marche region – lively, charming, and full of character.
Inside, there's a truly cozy atmosphere. No frills, just a place where you immediately feel at home. The welcome was warm, the service attentive but pleasantly unobtrusive. You immediately notice: This is all about good food and genuine hospitality.
The culinary focus here is on regional cuisine. The dishes are deeply rooted in the Marche tradition – from homemade pasta to hearty meat dishes. I had tagliatelle with game ragù, and it was simply fantastic: aromatic, perfectly seasoned, and made with ingredients that were clearly fresh and local. The appetizers – crostini with local spreads, pickled vegetables, and regional pecorino – were also a real highlight.
Add a glass of red wine from a nearby vineyard and finish with a grappa you can only get here – robust yet rounded. You can feel the passion that goes into the cooking here, and that the cuisine reflects the region without being pretentious.
In conclusion: Da Rolando isn't a place for show, but for people who love good, honest food. If you're in San Costanzo, you shouldn't miss it.

In San Costanzo a magic that has lasted since 1972. At Rolando Ramoscelli (dialect cuisine) you will find "the flavors of our home". A totem, a guarantee of good food that is perpetuated in an intimate and familiar environment. Rolando lives the seasonality of raw materials, from truffles to mushrooms, from meats to vegetables. And then an infinite space would be needed to talk about tagliatelle with the ragù of the past or ravioli with truffles and also the fabulous pasticciata and the disturbing stuffed guinea fowl. We should even talk about the precious appetizers as well as the desserts at the end of the race. But above all there is Him, Rolando, stainless to the law of eternal time like the verses of a poem!

Would give more than 5 Stars if I could. Such a nice little restaurant with great food. Very local and classical cuisine specialized on Pasta and Truffles. Nice atnosphere, although the funky town music is bot for everybody.
