We had dinner with friends at the legendary Rolando, master of dialect cuisine, writer, painter, but above all it is always a pleasure to spend time in his company.
Restaurant that spans the history of cuisine over the last 50 years, with strictly typical dishes of the area and excellent wines.
An excellent dinner in a refined and familiar environment and service.

La cucina dialettale da Rolando è sicuramente un posto tradizionale, che fin dal primo ingresso, stupisce per lo stile originale e per l'atmosfera familiare. Il buon Rolando, pietra miliare dell'osteria, è una persona estremamente professionale che ha piena cura dei dettagli e che mostra amore e dedizione per il proprio lavoro. Location e servizio quindi assolutamente promossi, sia per il buon Rolando che per la simpatica cameriera dai capelli corti. In merito al menu, i tagliolini allo sgaggio sono stati molto apprezzati, così come anche il maialino al tartufo nero e la faraona ripiena. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato.
