Restaurant on the seafront excellent cuisine, excellent service, I will definitely return

Given the expectations and the publicity generated by Borghese's show, I would say it was a disappointing experience. We went in and asked for two glasses, the answer I was given was that one would have been less full because the bottle had run out. The two first courses were unbalanced, my plate was abundant, my companion's was super skimpy. The mixed grill for 30 euros per person was poor quality and white fish. If they had specified it on the menu, I would not have ordered it. It is not my habit to leave negative reviews but this time I feel the need to warn customers to be careful and not to go for it and to ask better what they will find in the dishes

Very fresh fish, carefully prepared dishes and authentic flavours. Bistro Bruna is an excellence in Senigallia: very high quality of the menu, impeccable service and welcoming atmosphere. A real pearl for those who love the sea on the plate. Well done ……

Welcoming and refined environment. Wheelchair accessibility 🧑‍🦽 Crowded evening so the tone of voice of the diners was over the top....... shame! Arianna very kind and professional. Delicious food: octopus appetizer stuffed with spinach, hazelnuts and squid ink gnocchi with mantis clams and truffle. I will definitely come back.

Elegant and welcoming environment, kind and prepared service. I tasted the appetizers and I really liked the swordfish with mojito and the cuttlefish tagliatelle, first the really tasty tagliolini and finally the desserts, practically all of which I tasted, very good. I recommend it if you are looking for a restaurant that also offers different combinations than usual.

Fantastic culinary experience, attention to dishes and ingredients visible right from the menu with a large presence of Slow Food products and local ingredients. Really interesting wine list and classy service. All at a low price for what is offered. We will definitely be back

As a family we are fans of Alessandro Borghese and we enjoy following the series dedicated to the 4 Restaurants, so inspired by one of the episodes of the tenth season we decided to visit the town of Senigallia for Easter and consequently try some of the local restaurants that participated in the competition. Last night we had dinner at Bruna Bistrot, the winning venue. Modern location with large windows, soft lights, minimalist but sober and elegant mise en place; the dominant color is that of walnut wood. Pleasant welcome and pleasant, courteous, polite and professional table service. The internal room is L-shaped with a side counter overlooking the entrance. It is not a very large restaurant but it still allows you to manage a fair number of diners. We chose 4 different starters, a first course, a second course, a side dish, a mixed grill which represented the challenge dish of the series of 4 restaurants, and four different desserts. All delicious and beautifully presented. This is a fish restaurant and the raw materials are fresh, of high quality and expertly processed: the result is innovative and refined cuisine of a notable level. The local Verdicchio wine is very good, as is the passito produced with the same grape. Excellent quality, service and price ratio. Also on a positive note is the fact that, thanks to a pinch of humility, the winning plaque of the aforementioned program is not displayed in plain sight but almost hidden behind the cash register: in fact, in my opinion, having achieved victory should not represent a point of arrival, but rather a starting point for continually improving and renewing oneself. In my opinion, the place has a pleasant atmosphere, especially at dinner as it remains more private and intimate. Another positive note is the large, spacious bathroom, clean, well organized and very fragrant, just a little dark but really appreciated by myself.
