Bruna Bistro’ completely renovated place. Evening full of culinary surprises. I have to give a low score for the environment because the evening was ruined by the very loud music of a place in front of Bruna Bistro’ that on Wednesdays and Saturdays is a disco with an uncontrollable number of decibels…..

Nice restaurant on the seafront of Senigalla near the roundabout, but what is striking are the dishes, excellent raw material, excellent preparation, as well as the installations, they stand out from the others for their creativity without distorting the flavors too much but enhancing them. Well done👏 trained and courteous staff like the owner, this explains the victory of the 4 restaurants.

I had different expectations! The anonymous place, polite but cold staff, good food, apart from the grill presented with mullet and mackerel!!! The price of the desserts was exaggerated, (8 euros mini portions) cover charge 3 euros, but you eat directly at the table!! And the waiting times were a bit long

Intrigued because it won 4 restaurants I tried it but I didn't find it so special, we waited a bit to order, to receive the dishes, I only took the appetizer because I don't eat very well, my daughter's spaghetti didn't please either of us, the grill was ok, the blonde foreign waitress was nice and kind

A wonderful discovery thanks to "4 Ristoranti"! Intrigued by the episode of 4 Ristoranti with Alessandro Borghese, we decided to try Bruna Bistrò, located a stone's throw from the splendid Rotonda di Senigallia. The place immediately struck us for its intimate and refined atmosphere. The service was impeccable, courteous and very professional. We chose two tastings of five appetizers, followed by a plate of tagliolini with egg yolk and white sea, fried cod with fennel with Anisetta, orange mustard and marinated onion, to finish two very special desserts: aerated chocolate and saffron pear. All the dishes were very carefully presented and full of flavor, a perfect balance between creativity and tradition. We left with the curiosity of those who want to try a place seen on TV, but we will definitely return for the quality of the cuisine and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

We made a short stop at this restaurant on our way back from vacation, and it was a pleasant discovery. Simple but well-prepared dishes, the place is minimal, elegant and welcoming, the owner is very kind, as are all the staff. The gift at the end of the meal to freshen the mouth was very much appreciated...very good
