We had dinner in mid-December for an anniversary, and if I remember correctly, the restaurant was reopening that very day after a vacation. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and after sitting down, we chose the tasting menu, so we could try a little bit of everything. To say we were amazed and satisfied is an understatement! We loved everything; the flavors were excellent, the fish was fresh, and you left the table feeling truly satisfied. The service was also impeccable, super friendly! We really had a great time, well done!

Experience today, January 2, 2026.
High expectations, given the amount of advertising and the participation in the 4 Restaurants program. The service was courteous but not attentive to the flaws pointed out. My partner and I were there as a couple. We ordered two appetizers: one was monkfish in porchetta, with an unpleasant aftertaste, perhaps from the pork that finished it and perhaps added flavor. We didn't like it. The stuffed squid was a second appetizer, tough and flavorless, nothing exceptional. The artichoke and licorice was, in fact, an undercooked artichoke that had left the licorice somewhere along the way. The first course was stuffed cappellacci with a broth sauce, but what was a raw corn cob doing in there? I didn't ask for raw food; besides, two bones in the middle of the ravioli isn't exactly pleasant. At least the bones were clearly visible! The dessert was neither praise nor infamy, but we didn't like the airy chocolate served on a kind of ashtray, not because it wasn't good, but because it didn't fit in that kind of dish—sometimes practicality trumps aesthetics. The small pastries were a saving grace. It was definitely a negative experience. We wanted to be generous in our assessment. Obviously, we didn't leave a tip. The mint and basil popsicle scoop before dessert was a great idea.

As a guest at the hotel above, I'm tempted by the elegant yet simple atmosphere, just the way I like it. I give it a try... I'm greeted with spontaneous courtesy and discreetly escorted throughout the evening. Amberjack tartare first, followed by artisanal spaghetti and ragusa sauce in porchetta, delight my palate. Finally, aerated chocolate that literally disappears in your mouth: truly magical! Kudos to everyone, including Grandma Bruna, who has passed on her passion to her descendants. Oh, and I almost forgot: the quality/price ratio is top-notch. I'll be back with great pleasure.

Great find! Located on the Lungomare promenade, but not directly on the beach. The decor is lovely, and the menu is small. We had the tasting menu for €60 – yes, expensive, but very good. It includes a bottle of water per person, and a bottle of good wine is available for €20. It's a fish restaurant only. The only downside is the overly sweet dessert... two of the five small dishes were practically inedible.
The service was very attentive and friendly.

The seafood cuisine is simply extraordinary, especially considering the price! The dishes aren't the usual classics, but they're not too imaginative to lose sight of tradition.
For appetizers, we were thrilled with the monkfish bites, while for the first course, the tortelli were prepared with an extremely refined and delicate touch.
At the end of the meal, before dessert, the restaurant serves each guest a chilled "Chupa Chupa" made with an infusion of mint, lime, and cucumber to cleanse the palate from the previous courses. Based on my experience, I recommend this place for a romantic dinner.

I expected better, high expectations, but unfortunately, almost all of them were disappointed. As for the price, we won't be returning; the quality-price ratio isn't adequate.

Intrigued by Borghese's "4 Ristoranti" program, we decided to have lunch at Bruna Bistrò. For our first course, we chose tagliolino with white seafood and spaghetti with ragusa sauce and porchetta. They were very good, although I thought the spaghetti was too al dente. For our second course, we chose the brodetto: good and tasty, but you have to "bone" it, unlike a post/Reel of theirs that needs updating, where an influencer pointed out that their brodetto "is different" from that of their competitors because, and I quote her, "the fish is boned and not left whole. This way, it's easy to mop up the sauce!" ... If something has changed and they no longer make it, it would be appropriate to point it out and let people know, so as not to be disappointed... Basically, our expectations were high, but nothing exceptional compared to other competitors in the area and of the same gastronomic level. Prices are a bit higher than average, and there are a few small omissions, such as scented hand wipes, which should be included. Kind and friendly staff, small but well-kept place.

We decided to try the restaurant because they were featured in "4 Ristoranti." Excellent selection, delicious food! Attentive service, and the tagliolini with white wine and tiramisu were truly unmissable!

I went here with non-vegetarian guests, unaware that they had vegan options beyond the side dishes, as they weren't listed on the menu. However, when I told them I was vegan, they offered me excellent homemade vegan ravioli filled with vegetables and a yellow and red cherry tomato sauce. For dessert, I had their delicious peach in syrup with homemade vegan almond ice cream. My guests were thrilled with the taglioni and tiramisu. Excellent restaurant, truly elegant atmosphere. Extremely kind and attentive staff.
