Cucina Bacilieri In Ferrara

A few nights ago, two of us had dinner at this restaurant and we were thrilled. The environment is elegant and well-kept. The impeccable service, with friendly staff attentive to every need. We chose a seafood tasting menu (raw and cooked), which turned out to be a journey of unique and refined flavours. The dishes were of quality, with well thought out combinations. The wine tasting, done by my boyfriend, was much appreciated and was well paired with the dishes. Prices absolutely adequate for the level of experience.

I have now been to eat in this restaurant several times, both with a tasting menu and with à la carte choices. Very high level dishes, top quality service, extremely professional sommelier. Fair account for the quality of what is offered. Absolutely recommended.

A true gem in Ferrara. Food and service are of a Michelin star. Pet friendly. Highly recommended if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed.

What can I say? At my "venerable" age, my Lady and I have, so to speak, discovered a new culinary world. Thanks to the Chef and the boys and girls who served us, telling us about the dishes that were served to us. In short, an experience that I highly recommend to everyone, to try for those who have never had the courage to push themselves into a dream and for a while forget the present. Di passaggio nella splendida Ferrara, viste le recensioni, ci siamo approcciati alla cucina dello chef con aspettative molto alte che, non solo sono state rispettate ma sono andate ben oltre. Fin dall'ingresso nel piccolo ristorante, si respira un'aria di eleganza senza forzature e di calda intimità, grazie alle volte e alle travi a vista, e gli inserti di arte moderna e l'illuminazione di design. Dal punto di vista enogastronomico abbiamo vissuto una vera e propria esperienza lasciandoci guidare dalle sette portate del menu degustazione mare "crudo e cotto". Nulla di scontato dove la materia prima, sempre protagonista, è stata esaltata dagli abbinamenti anche sperimentali ma mai barocchi, dello chef. Impiattamenti superlativi. Ottimi anche i panificati e interessantissima la carta dei vini che propone anche etichette di piccoli produttori locali, la cui descrizione è lasciata all'ottimo sommelier. Molto bene anche lo staff di sala preparato e cordiale. Infine, piacevole anche la chiacchierata di fine cena con lo chef Bacilieri che, con la "scusa" di predisporre personalmente il conto, coglie l'occasione di condividere le impressioni con i suoi clienti.
