29/06/2025: Outstanding Service and Thoughtful Staff We stayed at this hotel for a short trip and were very impressed with the excellent service from the staff. Although we had paid for breakfast for two days, we had to leave early in the morning due to transport strikes. We assumed there wouldn’t be any alternative, so we didn’t ask for a refund or takeaway. To our surprise, the staff actually asked us if we wanted a takeaway breakfast and even checked for other options to help us get to the train station instead of walking. Their thoughtfulness and initiative really made a difference during a stressful situation. It’s rare to experience service this attentive and proactive. Highly recommended for anyone who values genuine hospitality!
