Siamo stati a cena questo weekend spinti dalle ottime recensioni su trip advisor. Devo dire però che mi ha convinto a metà. Abbiamo preso il carrello di antipasti e siamo rimasti abbastanza delusi sia per la scelta dello chef di optare per la maggior parte di piatti fritti ma soprattutto per il soute di vongole e cozze dato che avevano un sapore strano e sembravano non freschissime. Niente da dire sul primo piatto davvero eccellente. Servizio un po’ assente. Appena finito il primo nessuno si è avvicinato per chiederci se volevamo altro. Dopo un po’ ci siamo alzati e siamo andati in cassa a pagare. In definitiva sono stato deluso perché le mie aspettative erano molto alte.

Excellent restaurant in the pedestrian center of Cava. Excellent quality of raw meats and very interesting hot dishes. Great place!!

17/04/2025: During our Amalfi Coast tour with Gaetano Franza, we had a short stop in Positano for shopping and sightseeing. While looking for breakfast (and a restroom!), we popped into Collina Positano Bakery—and what a happy surprise! Tucked inside a small fridge, we found a selection of gluten-free pastries—which had been hard to come by during our three weeks in Italy. We almost passed on the chocolate-filled pastry because it was frozen, but the waitstaff immediately offered to warm it up for us. It was delicious—soft, rich, and absolutely hit the spot. If you're gluten-free and visiting Positano, this is a great place for a sweet treat and a bit of peace in a busy town. We were so glad we stopped in!

30/03/2025: All very good. We have been for lunch several times and had a great time. We had meat and various side dishes. The service and welcome were also very positive. I highly recommend it
