Crowne Plaza In Roma

I've been coming to this hotel for over 30 years, when it was still a Holiday Inn. I've seen the hotel's evolution consistently positive. However, some floors need renovation. I always ask to be on the 5th floor because of the quality of the rooms. The room cleaning staff isn't up to par with the hotel's star rating. They barely understand the language and often forget guests' requests. Piero Porro

From the moment I arrived, your staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I’ve been to hundreds of hotels around the world, and I can say that Crowne Plaza Rome - St. Peter's has exceeded my expectations. You all went out of your way to ensure that my stay with my family is as comfortable and memorable as possible. Apart from the outstanding service, the room was impeccable, and the amenities were top-notch. Let’s not forget your Food and beverage staff at breakfast especially the restaurant manager Fabio who are indeed the reflection of your hotel, and they have represented your hotel diligently. The level of service we received from all of them was outstanding. From the beautifully appointed rooms to the delicious food, every aspect of our stay is truly marvelous. I would like to give a hands down to FO team especially Ali ( the Front office ) who has been very patient and arranged everything to make my stay exemplary. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond was truly remarkable. The FO team all has done tremendous and recognizable work in leveraging the level of hospitality into a 7-star service. Mr. Geminiani, I truly believe that you consider this hotel your second home. And you have done a very great job in maintaining this place to its peak standard. I know that you wish nothing but the best for the Crowne Plaza Rome - St. Peter's Hotel and your staff and I wish the same. Saying that you’ve done an amazing job is an understatement. You’ve created a great environment to work with. And I applaud you for doing so. I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives because as cliché as it may sound, this hotel is commendable and desirable as is. This hotel was our final stop on our trip to Italy. We were already tired, but this place gave us more energy to continue our journey. The staff is attentive. I don't know the name of the black guy who carries our bags, but he's always in a good mood, so contagious it is. The location is simply phenomenal, and the rooms are super clean. This hotel chain always has thoughtful touches like in-room coffee, and the scented bath products made me relax after a refreshing shower. The bar staff is super courteous and accommodating. Thank you for everything. Rome left us with a great taste in our mouths, and you were a key player.

Superb, ideal just outside Rome, very nice pool.

I had an excellent experience staying at this hotel. Although it was only for one night, the staff was very friendly throughout. They allowed me to check in early, and after checkout, I was able to store my luggage free of charge in a special room in the lobby, which allowed me to explore the city in total comfort. The location is also very convenient: right in front of the entrance, there is a bus stop with connections to the main tourist spots. Be careful with taxis taken outside the airport; check that they are official taxis or request one through an app to avoid overcharging.

Amazing hotel! Everyone from the staff were incredibile! Amazing restaurant also, fantastic pools and spa. Very flexible. Will be back for sure!

First European trip. Started with this hotel cause of the name. Great people, Very helpful and easy to work with. Got there early, luggage stored and off for an adventure. Upon return, room ready and by the way dinner is served in the dining room. Great start to a vacation

Perfect hotel for a short stay in Rome. Great staff. Newly renovated room was beautiful. Half way between the airport and Rome. Easy taxi to dinner. Fabulous pool
