Crowne Plaza In Roma

Excellent hotel, staff were friendly and accommodating, especially at the pool bar and restaurant. Pool was very cool even in the summer heat. Shuttle bus is good but we walked into Rome most days. Would definitely return.

when we go to Rome we happily stay at the Gran Plaza ST Peter's. I stayed from 14 to 16 August. The facilities of the facility are very comfortable. from the swimming pool to the gym open 24/7 the staff is extremely professional starting from the reception with the welcome and finishing with the breakfast and restaurant service. The cuisine is excellent. the location is about 10 minutes drive from San Pietro in normal traffic conditions. The hotel also offers a shuttle for transfers to San Pietro. Stressless structure.

Although we didn't like this part of town, we can only recommend this hotel. Beautiful, very clean and the breakfast there was simply brilliant. The staff, no matter where they worked, were always courteous and very friendly!

Clean and welcoming hotel. Located outside the city center but easily accessible with a bus stop right in front of the hotel entrance. Breakfast good, spa pool and massage good. I recommend.

Great Customer Service, They helped book a great tour of the Amalfi Coast! Called the taxi right away when we needed it to travel into Rome city center! Safe hotel! Highly Recommended!!

We loved our experience at Crowne Plaza Rome — St. Peter’s. Every person whom we encountered was helpful, cheerful, kind, and efficient. On our first night there, our daughter (who was studying in Rome) came to meet us for dinner and stay the night. I asked at reception for sheets and pillows to put on the pull out couch for her. By the time we returned from dinner in the hotel restaurant, the bed was made, extra towels were in the bathroom, and a lamp had been left on so that we wouldn’t come in to a pitch black room. We used the hotel shuttle twice…. Once to travel to Trastevere and again when we left for the airport. The drivers were very professional and courteous and navigated Rome traffic very well. The only potential downside to the hotel is its location, as it is in a more residential neighborhood. For us, it was a perfect retreat from the busy-ness of the more commercial or historical areas, but it was a little bit disappointing that there were no restaurants or shops within walking distance. Fortunately, the shuttle is great and the hotel is right on several major bus routes.

Very attentive staff, especially Hermann who welcomed us on our arrival with great kindness and advice. The rooms are spacious but the bed slightly too hard for my taste. The shuttles between the hotel and different points of the city should be increased to allow returns from the city after dinner but remain a very practical tool!

I stayed at this hotel for 8 days and I have nothing but nice words for all the staff, they are all very attentive and professional, especially Roberto and Luigi, always making sure that everything is fine. Clean spacious rooms. If you want to walk you can buy your tickets right there, they will advise you and give you the best options. Do you want to go eat downtown? They have very economical transportation. Exercise? They have a very complete gym. Cost value, they give you more than you expect. I had fun every night at the bar with the impeccable performance of your pianist, having a good wine or cocktail. I would return without hesitation
