Sempre un ottimo hotel... le camere sul parcheggio pero' da evitare

Excellent hotel with great service. The staff were always responsive, including very late at night once because we needed our bedsheets changed due to a sick child. They came quickly and were very gracious about the situation. I was so sorry but also very thankful. The rooms are spacious and nice, and the shuttles are convenient. And catching the local bus routes outside the main gate is a great way to make it into town too, although I wish there were a sidewalk from the front door of the hotel to the street. Overall, the hotel added to a great experience in Rome.

Room I was given was not ready for guests…previous guests towels on the floor, bed not made up. I had to go back to reception where they apologized and gave me another room. No problem! WiFi seems to be slow and inconsistent - conference call to family or business was almost impossible so calls kept short!

Close to city center but away from the noise. Beautiful property.

I've been a rewards member with IHG since 2005. I've stayed in their hotels all over the USA and Europe. This Crowne Plaza in Rome is top tier. The hosts, managers, support staff are outstanding in every way. The rooms are spotless. The hotel is updated and modern. They have been extremely kind and accommodating. Upon a return visit to Italy, I will stay no other place. A tip of the hat to all of you for a job well done.

Located in a position with public transport very close to reach the centre, efficient taxi service and hotel shuttle at various times for both outward and return trips. International breakfast of good quality and variety. Friendly and helpful staff. Not all rooms have been renovated but they are working on it. Recommended for those who want to visit Rome without staying in the chaos of the center. There is a SPA and the swimming pool is indoors or outdoors depending on the season.

Had the most amazing stay in this hotel. The staff are so friendly and efficient. The food is fantastic. In the evening in the bar they have someone playing the paino, he is excellent!! The bar guy was so lovely as well, made you feel very welcome and chatted to everyone.The indoor spa is such a lovely experience. The lady called Guilly was so helpful. The gym is really nice as well.The hotel has a bus service, takes about 15 minutes to get into town and costs around £3 each way. Door to to door service, which we loved. Spacious rooms, nice balcony. Room service is very reasonably priced as well. Beds made daily and room cleaned. Toiletries supplied so apart from toothpaste that is all you need. Lovely gift shop on site where you can buy your bus tickets into Rome. I was at this hotel last week, and was sad to leave.I will definately be returning soon. I am actaully looking at dates now!! This hotel is the best and myself husband and son want to thank all the staff at the hotel for a wondeful experience. We look forward to returning.

It's a good location close to the Vatican. There was live music in the evening, and staff throughout the day were very attentive. Georgia at the front desk was especially helpful, she recommended a few restaurants that were fantastic. There's even a restaurant right in front of the hotel that is very lovely, good price, delicious food. This Crown Plaza fits in nicely with the other IHG offerings in Rome. I appreciate the free onsite parking and feel it's easier to drive here compared to downtown or the historic center. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

The shuttle service is definitely a plus factor for this location. Excellent location. Good service. Rooms have been upgraded since my last visit to this location. Staff at breakfast were very nice. Good coffee. I recommend this location.

A truly beautiful and welcoming place. The Spa has all the comforts you could want... as well as competent and kind managers like Giusy.
