The food is very good and tasty, with a lot of traditional dishes, like my favourite polenta Price is fair for the quality and quantity I would definitely recommend it

With friends on a quiet weekday evening, we had dinner with a reservation. A peaceful atmosphere, with finally almost imperceptible music, fabulous risotto and pizzoccheri. To top it off, amazing tiramisu! Congratulations!!! We'll be back as soon as possible!! Thank you

Cool and absolutely pleasant place

I highly recommend it. The menu is available in English. The waitresses were very friendly and gave good advice. The food was excellent and affordable. We went back a second time because we loved it.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant, undoubtedly one of the best in the area. The setting is warm and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing evening. Italian cuisine is on the menu; no pizza that evening, but that was a good thing because we were looking for something different. When we made our reservation, the person on the phone was very friendly and gave us plenty of information, which is always appreciated. For the main course, I had fried perch fillets with pesto sauce and a fish risotto for the first course, but it was also a perch fillet. Everything was perfectly cooked, very tasty, and beautifully presented. If I had to do it again, I would choose a different first course for a variety of flavors. July 2025

Cool and relaxing, great food and wine

Come sempre è una garanzia di alta qualità dei prodotti,genuini e prezzi estremamente onesti. Personale molto cordiale e location veramente bella. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Conosciamo il Crotto da diverso tempo, purtroppo si è adeguato a ciò che sta succedendo in tutto il territorio lariano, cioè un aumento, secondo me, ingiustificato dei prezzi, escluse le pizze. Sei mesi fa avevo già segnalato degli aumenti e questa volta, purtroppo, ancora ed abbastanza sensibili. Si è forse voluto dare un taglio diverso al ristorante quindi l’atmosfera del vecchio Crotto è andata persa, per fortuna sono rimaste la bontà e la tipicità della cucina, legata alla tradizione lombarda, peccato. La sera della festa della mamma, entrati nella sala, abbiamo notato che la metà dei tavoli non era apparecchiata neppure con le semplici tovaglie ( che questa volta erano di tessuto non tessuto ). Forse ci ritorneremo, nella speranza che i prezzi non cambino.
