Fragrant and very soft dough. Little cornice but honeycombed. Unique flavor due to the use of flours that make the difference.

Congratulations to the guys, very good and very professional, the pizza and dehydrated vegetables were also excellent... the only flaw, from my point of view, were the tables a little too close together.

Good pizza, maybe a little small, what we didn't like is the service, the guys don't seem to have control of the situation. The atmosphere was nice but having dined outside on the street I couldn't notice what the place was really like. It is not a place that makes me say we will return because the value for money and service was not satisfactory.

One of the best all-day places in Milano. It’s not cheap but the quality matches the prices (which is not always the case in Milano). In the morning they have great breakfast pastries (also savoury) and from 12 they serve pizza and other things, everything is good, and there is also a comfortable outdoor seating area to enjoy.

I've been there more than once, the informal environment is nice, the food is good but not everything I've eaten and not always, but still the food is quite good especially pizza by the slice and cakes. The service could be better but even there it depends on who you find, often it is excellent other times just discreet. However, it is worth a try.

Crosta's pizza has an excellent dough, different from all the others you can find in the city.
It's a cloud of flavor and texture, ready to melt in your mouth.
The focaccia with butter and sage is fantastic.
Among the most delicious savory dishes I have tasted in the last year.
The margherita was unable to remain at the same level, resulting in it being too moist at the base, creating that unpleasant "wet" dough effect.
The mozzarella, tomato and basil are of good quality, too bad.
The pizza with potatoes, crescenza, pesto and raspadura is particular and interesting.
A little too savory, probably due to the combo of the various ingredients.
The prices of the pizzas are slightly higher than average but the not excessive price of the cover charge and the microfiltered water balances everything.
The environment is very nice and the service was kind, although I must give a note of demerit for the total absence of waiting between the focaccia-based appetizer and the pizzas.
In short, if you want to try a dough that is different from the typical Neapolitan dough, which is now widespread in Milan, Crosta is for you.

Finalmente ho provato Crosta (ora mi tocca provare la pizza)
Sabato mattina, bancone molto bello pieno di croissant, danesi, cruffin, persino pane e marmellata.
Ho scelto un croissant alla crema (come da foto crema super vanigliata, una delle più buone mai mangiate, e impasto molto particolare) e la pizza dolce (una danese con crema pasticciera, confettura ai lamponi, ricotta, olio e origano).
Entrambe mi hanno fatto volare, davvero! Tutto accompagnato da un buon cappuccino
Verrò presto a provare la pizza e altre colazioni

Panetteria milanese con piccola cucina e pizza: pochi piatti a menù, decisamente rapidi, pizze quadrate e alte (non molto digeribili ahimè), allergeni segnalati nei cibi.
Nota di merito: il panettone con crema a parte
