Crosta In Milano

best place in milan for every meal. the staff is always so lovely (especially laura) and the food is incredible and it’s open all day. would give it more then five stars if i could 🩶🩶🩶

Crosta's pizza features an excellent dough, unlike any other you'll find in the city. It's a cloud of flavor and texture, ready to melt in your mouth. The focaccia with butter and sage is fantastic. Among the most delicious savory options I've tasted in the last year. The Margherita pizza didn't quite live up to expectations, being too moist at the base, creating that unpleasant "wet" effect. The mozzarella, tomato, and basil are all top-quality, a shame. The pizza with potatoes, crescenza cheese, pesto, and raspadura cheese is unique and interesting. A tad too salty, probably due to the combination of various ingredients. The pizza prices are slightly higher than average, but the reasonable cover charge and microfiltered water balance it all out. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the service was friendly, although I must give a negative note for the complete lack of waiting between the focaccia appetizer and the pizzas. In short, if you want to try a dough different from the typical Neapolitan one, which is now widespread in Milan, Crosta is the place for you. As for the morning pastries, I tried an excellent pain suisse. Crispy and flavorful. The croissant with cream was also good, with an Italian-style dough (breadier), light, and an excellent cream with a strong vanilla flavor. The cappuccinos were perfect. The baguette I took home was also a success.

The pizza was really good, but above all, the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was nice and comfortable. I'll definitely be back.

Family Pizza -Food: High-quality ingredients, but I found the dough very flaky and lacking in salt, and too wet with the fior di latte. I almost broke my teeth finding two Taggiasca olives with pits on the pizza, when they should have been pitted. I still found the pizza good, well-topped (perhaps too much, it lacked a bit of balance). Desserts were a no-no; I was sold zabaglione and apricots, but it was actually a chocolate biscuit, not even that good. -Service: Friendly staff, but inattentive service; I was sold a dessert that wasn't exactly as advertised. It took us a while to ask for another bottle of water and the desserts. -Atmosphere: We arrived promptly at 8:30 PM (reserved table). And not only was it not ready, but we were given the table right next to the entrance. The place was still very nice; I liked it. In conclusion, a nice place, but I think there are a lot of things that need fixing :) Excellent value for money considering the products used!

Excellent pizza: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and generously topped. Probably one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten in Milan. For dessert, we had a vanilla flan with vanilla cream: not too sweet, a perfect balance of flavors.

A superb place, unforgettable bread, kindness, and great expertise in handling raw materials. A must-try.

I recommend the pain au chocolate and the round pizzas

On December 4th, my husband stopped by the shop on Via Bellotti to pick up four pizzas to take home. He was told they don't do takeout.

The atmosphere is a bit "show-offy" but everything else is top notch.

All the pizzas were delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
