2021.10 We found the pizza Diavola and Napoletana to be excellent in terms of taste. The Diavola really spicy, which is rare to get. Dough pleasantly thin, but not crispy. Perfect seasoning. Update 2024.10: Pizza also crispy this time
Croce del Travaglio can do both, pizza and cuisine: we also found the pasta starter Pici all'Aglione (slightly spicy with green tomatoes and pepperoncini) exceptionally good.
If you want a cozy or elegant restaurant, this is not the right place; If you like it simple and authentic, you're in the right place.

Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra cena en Trattoria Croce del Travaglio. Lo elegimos porque estaba cerca de nuestro alojamiento y el menú se veía bien, y no nos decepcionó. Compartimos una maravillosa pizza de tocino, con una corteza delgada perfecta - - absolutamente delicioso! También compartimos una ensalada de contorno muy amplia, más que suficiente para nosotros dos. El servicio fue genial. Este es un restaurante muy acogedor, y parecía ser uno de los pocos no italianos cenando, lo que nos hizo sentir como si hubiéramos hecho una muy buena elección. Muy recomendable!

This was probably the best pizza I have ever eaten. Very thin, crispy base and well topped. Outstanding taste. Nice secluded backyard to escape from tourism. Nice service, even if we could barely communicate 😅
For two of us with drinks for two pizzas we only paid €30. Just great

Pretty decent wood fire pizza at a reasonable price. The mixed salad is pretty basic. There is a large outdoor seating area available in the back.

A beautiful evening. We came to this place with some friends and were immediately welcomed and accompanied to our table. The courtesy of the staff and the well-structured menu easily accompanied us in choosing the courses. All the dishes from starters to dessert turned out to be excellent, in fact you won't find photos of them on this review because we didn't give them time to take photos and they were enjoyed promptly. Compliments to the staff and the kitchen
