We were a table of 10 people, we tried to book but unfortunately they were full, despite this the same morning we tried to ask in person and despite being full they did everything they could to find us a place and this already explains a lot, but during lunch, the welcome was exceptional, the extremely kind owner welcomed us with wine and dishes, all truly delicious. I wanted to taste everything. We will definitely be back. I don't give 5 stars because unfortunately there was a small accident with a plate but they were able to apologize for this too. Exceptional.

My friends and I have been coming to eat at this restaurant for years. Upon arrival, Maurizio and Irene, the owners, welcome you and you are immediately at home! Impeccable service, excellent quality and quality raw materials. Large selection of wines and spirits. I highly recommend you come and try their dishes!

We stopped for lunch at this restaurant because my friends have already been there a few times and have always spoken well of it. What can I say, delicious food, starting from the appetizers, the platter of cold cuts and cheeses was plentiful and of good quality, the raw ham was something exceptional as was the ricotta. I also really liked the salad with raisins, balsamic vinegar and flaked almonds. Try the polenta which is delicious, you won't regret it, the owner is a lovely person, we had a lot of laughs. We will return as soon as possible. Thank you

We went for lunch for the first time, today, 11 January 2025, there were three of us. From the first moment the owner and the entire staff welcomed us and made us feel at home. They were super nice, kind and professional! We had first courses, second courses, side dishes, dessert, coffee, bitters and from start to finish it was a super pleasant journey! The food is excellent to say the least, not to mention the drink, exceptional house wine, and as the owner taught us today: "Here you eat well, but you drink better!" (But we both ate and drank exceptionally) and the service is fast. Very fair prices for the quality of the products. This will definitely be a restaurant we will return to! My boyfriend and I went to Monte Livata to spend a day in the snow. We made a reservation for lunch at this restaurant. We also had our two dogs with us and although they were two medium sized dogs the owners were super helpful and kind in welcoming them into their restaurant. They reserved a special table for us to the side so that our dogs could be comfortable and calm despite the crowded room. The owners and all the dining room staff are extremely kind. The waiters made sure everything was ok several times. Exquisite food, we ate really well. You are wonderful, thank you so much for the wonderful welcome! We will definitely be back!

Let's start by saying that I had wanted to go there for years, and unfortunately I always found it full. The fact is that last night I finally managed to book in the restaurant of the headquarters in Subiaco, CRISTALLO DEL BORGO SAME OWNER AS THE SNOW CRYSTAL. Upon entering we were greeted by Mrs. Irene, who accompanied us to our table, an elegant and warm atmosphere. A very refined environment, important paintings and beautiful mise en plus, particular crystal glasses, not to mention the internal cave with many wines. The owner Maurizio approaches our table and recommends a spectacular white wine, perfect for my request. It totally hit my tastes straight away. during dinner, he lets us taste a special smoked burratina for free, and offers us an important rum, with chocolate, he politely tells us about his life, his story, his beloved mother, the Christmases spent with her and his brothers, he chatted and I did I looked enchanted, it's difficult to find people with such a soul Nowadays, kind and genuine... it made me remember my mother who is no longer here... ANYWAY THE FOOD IS ALL HOME MADE, fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and top truffle, fantastic meat (butter). TODAY AT LUNCH WE REPLICATED IL CRISTALLO DI NEVE TO THE other restaurant located in CAMPO DELL'osso! And it was a continuous confirmation of exquisiteness, education and friendliness! Because with MAURIZIO you'll have a laugh Always do it!
