Best Ice cream I ever had. And I ate a lot of them around the world. The texture and taste is top notch. I was afraid it may be one of the classic tourist spots but nope. This is the real deal!

Se siete stati alla gelateria Cavour: questa è meglio. Se siete stati alla gelateria D'Azeglio: questa è meglio. Se siete stati alla vecchia stalla: non avete idea di quanto questa sia meglio. Migliore di Bologna, l'unica che offre queste tre cose assieme: gusti ricercati ed insoliti, gelato molto saporito e molto leggero sullo stomaco. potete prenderlo da sazi e godervelo. E garantisco che ve lo godrete. Migliore di Bologna.

15/07/2025: A wonderful experience, a very charming place, not too big, but with a lot of passion from the owner. I ate a mix of meat and vegetables. Everything was delicious, masterful in the use of spices. Just the right amount of heat. Eating with your hands is pleasant. A return to the origins is a way of perceiving very interesting flavors and textures. What can I say? Definitely recommended for those who want to try something new, without too many frills, but only substance and quality. The coffee is definitely worth trying; another incredible journey.

21/07/2025: An excellent osteria with top-notch quality and courtesy, serving traditional dishes as well as some innovative options (like the clam and glasswort soup, a perfect combination). If you're in the area, I absolutely recommend trying it, but even if you're not, it's worth the trip.
19/07/2025: Nice restaurant. However they forget to bring me my second plate for almost 45 minutes. After I reminded them they bring it.
