Excellent, excellent, excellent. One of the best in Bologna. The only problem is finding a spot and parking near the restaurant.

The ice cream was delicious! Such unique and vibrant flavors! I really liked the blueberry and pistachio! The lovely girls served me well. They said the portions were small, but that's not true: you can get a small portion with two flavors, a medium portion, and a large portion with as many as four different flavors! It's rare that they allow two flavors in a small portion, and that's a big plus for this place! One of the best ice creams we've ever tried in Italy.

I went on Saturday afternoon, and there was only one girl serving. She was exceptionally kind and smiling, despite the queue. The gelato flavors are truly delicious and mouthwatering!

This review, written on October 14, 2025, isn't for the gelato. Cremeria d'Azeglio's gelato is good, but you can't go wrong with gelato in Bologna. So, what's this 5-star review for? For the girl at the counter tonight: Stefania. We had left a line at another gelato shop where a poor woman was trying to serve 20 people alone. We came here and Stefania was alone too. She managed the stress of the people and the delivery drivers with rare efficiency, concentration, and politeness. I'm not saying everyone should be like this, because the working conditions were clearly harsh, but I want to make it clear that the people who work to guarantee us our services are precious, and those who do it with this grace are invaluable. Thank you, Stefania.

15/10/2025: Great experience in a campervan!
08/10/2025: We were there with our motorhome. The washroom is clean, and the shower is hot and there's no limit. You should know your vehicle, as the access is a bit cramped. But it wasn't a problem with our 7-meter motorhome. Everyone is very friendly, and the groundskeeper speaks good German. The food in the restaurant is good. We would come again.

18/09/2025: The restaurant is located in a quiet area, and the interior is very spacious. Four of us came for lunch on a Saturday and, at the manager's suggestion (?), wanted to try the house specials. It was a perfect choice: I wasn't thrilled with the lamb ragù, but the rest of the food was exceptionally good, even though I'm not a fan of spices. The meat was delicious, and the various legume-based sauces paired perfectly with the stew. I didn't particularly appreciate the traditional bread (too spongy), the papaya/coconut/mango desserts, or the special coffee they have, the name of which I can't remember (spiced with ginger and cumin). The wild fennel bread, however, is worth it. Worth a try, the prices are very reasonable, especially considering it's in Bologna: €90, including drinks, for four of us. We ate a lot.
16/09/2025: A dinner that was a true journey to Africa! The flavors are authentic and rich, the dishes are carefully prepared and truly delicious. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and full of atmosphere, making you feel like you've been transported directly to the African continent. The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for those who want to discover new culinary traditions without leaving Bologna.
