For the price and the queue, I don’t get the hype haha. I waited 30 minutes at 6pm to get to order, I would be okay with it if it was the best gelato in town, it was not. Don’t get me wrong, it was good, just not the best in my opinion. A bit better than average, but not 30 minutes queue in the middle of the street worth. The only good point is having melted chocolate in the cone for free and an extra waffle on top, even if in other cities they do it for free all the time, maybe it’s not a Bologna thing to do haha

Me and my friend got in line to get ourselves just one scoop to taste. As soon as we took a bite we got in line again without even waiting to finish our ice cream, that’s how GOOD it was.

Worth the wait! I don’t like to queue for anything seemed viral but this gelato is totally worth the wait. I didn’t know this place until our guide suggested and observed most locals also go to.

Fantastic gelato - tried the piazza grande and stracciatella and both were excellent. Highly recommend! Was consistently on lists I found online for top gelato places in Bologna and after trying I understand why!

El mejor helado de Bolonia. Nos trajeron aquí en una gira gastronómica y es obvio por qué. Los sabores eran espectaculares y todos en nuestro grupo estaban contentos.

09/10/2025: Truly delicious sandwiches. Initially, we came solely for the porchetta (which remains the mainstay), but they've increased the variety, maintaining high quality. The staff is very friendly and courteous. It's becoming a pleasant Saturday lunchtime habit.
