Nowadays La Sorbetteria Castiglione is a must in Bologna, and at Ponticella it is a small point of sale with sorbets, stick ice creams, ice cream cakes and, obviously, ice creams. The products are of the highest quality. Even "simple" flavors like coconut and salted caramel stand out from the ones we've heard around. Another flavor MUST TRY is DOLCE EMMA ricotta cream with caramelized figs. I fell in love with it. Another plus point, which deserves a 6th star, are the guys who work there, incredibly kind and professional! Congratulations to Emma (hence the name of the ice cream) and Jacopo.
