Due to a mix-up, my wife's birthday cake order was lost. They suggested a different type of cake, which they would have finished quickly. After a moment of embarrassment and even anger, we decided to accept. When it came time to pay, they apologized and told us they would be offering the cake for free. We greatly appreciate the gesture, but my wife couldn't accept it, believing it unethical to take advantage of a mix-up that can happen to someone I work for. In the end, we agreed to pay for the cake with a significant discount. The cake was appreciated by all our guests... exceptional! Despite the problem, thanks to the owners' helpfulness and courtesy in resolving the issue and the quality of the product, it will always be our go-to bakery. I publicly thank them and apologize for the minute of disruption I experienced.

Excellent pastry shop and value for money

I returned after a while and I must say I noticed an improvement in the quality of the pastries. The staff behind the counter serving the pastries and making the drinks were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I noticed that the cleanliness hadn't changed much. The tables were covered in crumbs, and what was even more unpleasant was seeing several trays full of dirty cups and saucers on the counter where customers are served. The same thing happened behind the counter. Not a pleasant sight. They probably need to increase the workforce, but given the difficult times we live in, perhaps that's not easy. I hope I've offered constructive criticism because this place is a landmark in the area and attracts many customers every day.

The pastry chefs are excellent and never miss a beat, always impeccable, ready to help you choose the right combinations and very good at decorating with love and patience. Congratulations on your professionalism.

Pastries and pastries wouldn't be bad either, the problem is everything else: insufficient staff for peak hours, hostile and arrogant attitude, tables never cleaned, hot drinks thrown rather than served. It feels like a service station bar on August 15th. I order a cappuccino, and while I wait, they ask me twice more what I want. Meanwhile, they make a cappuccino that sits next to the coffee machine for several minutes. Finally, they ask me what I want, I reply "still a cappuccino," and the barista turns around, sees a cappuccino (now lukewarm) that who knows who it was made for, and serves it to me. By 8:30, there's no longer any option for those with food intolerances or vegetarians. The regulars (very rude) are slumped at the counter to consume, preventing others from ordering drinks, while half the room is empty. The place feels more like a feeding trough than a pastry shop. The location is a plus, and they certainly work hard and earn a lot, but it's not a place I'd return to. P.S.: Even at different times, the result is the same.
