Due to a mix-up, my wife's birthday cake order was lost. They suggested a different type of cake, which they would have finished quickly. After a moment of embarrassment and even anger, we decided to accept. When it came time to pay, they apologized and told us they would be offering the cake for free. We greatly appreciate the gesture, but my wife couldn't accept it, believing it unethical to take advantage of a mix-up that can happen to someone I work for. In the end, we agreed to pay for the cake with a significant discount. The cake was appreciated by all our guests... exceptional! Despite the problem, thanks to the owners' helpfulness and courtesy in resolving the issue and the quality of the product, it will always be our go-to bakery. I publicly thank them and apologize for the minute of disruption I experienced.

Excellent pastry shop and value for money

I returned after a while and I must say I noticed an improvement in the quality of the pastries. The staff behind the counter serving the pastries and making the drinks were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I noticed that the cleanliness hadn't changed much. The tables were covered in crumbs, and what was even more unpleasant was seeing several trays full of dirty cups and saucers on the counter where customers are served. The same thing happened behind the counter. Not a pleasant sight. They probably need to increase the workforce, but given the difficult times we live in, perhaps that's not easy. I hope I've offered constructive criticism because this place is a landmark in the area and attracts many customers every day.
