I went to the Central Park Bistrò in Latina for breakfast, and I have to say it was a wonderful surprise. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a refined, modern yet warm atmosphere, where you immediately feel at ease.
The breakfast is truly excellent: the pastries are fragrant, incredibly fresh, with that aroma that makes you want to stay a few minutes longer. You can immediately sense the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in their preparation.
The cappuccino is wonderful, just the right amount of creaminess, well-balanced, one of those that makes you start the day with a smile. It's not a given that you'll find a cappuccino this good.
The service is kind and attentive, without being intrusive, and the service is quick even when it's busy. A place you'll want to return to, whether for a quiet breakfast or a well-deserved break.

We were staying for 3 nights in Latina and wanted to have some breakfast on Sunday morning. Most cafés were closed so we came to Central Park Bistro where we ate the best Croissants ever. The staff was very accommodating with the English language barrier. Also, Cappuccino was very good.
