18/09/2025: The rating is the product of a perfect arithmetic mean. If the quality of the food isn't up for debate, the timing and manner of service can and should be. On a late summer evening with the restaurant half-empty, is it unthinkable to wait 45 minutes for your order only to be told that the order had been placed "only an hour and 35 minutes earlier" and that the 45 minutes spent waiting for the only waitress present didn't count? The offer (strictly after paying the bill) of a bitter repairman is of little value after having to endure a half-hearted scolding from the only waitress on duty who had scrambled to serve everyone. Remember the phrase from the 1980s... NCS (we're not there yet). Reset and stay, maybe it will be better.

16/09/2025: Firstly, the food is really nice. We travelled from Lake Como to Rome and this restaurant is best. I will visit this restaurant every time I come to Rome. Staffs are fast and friendly.
