Best pasta I had in Italy, it was amazing.

A simple but welcoming place where they make excellent fresh pasta with generous portions. Very friendly and helpful staff. I'll definitely be back. Recommended. Ample parking is available 4 minutes away if you're not nearby.

Out of the ordinary experience, excellent food

We had such a wonderful experience at Covo Pasta Fresca. The food was expertly prepared and delicious, the staff were attentive and warm and the deserts were absolutely fantastic. Thank you very much, we loved it! We can't wait to visit you again in the future!

Super fresh pasta, top-quality ingredients, incredible fusilli with peppers and cod, and coffee served in a moka pot! What else to say? I don't think so.

The place is small but charming and very well-kept. The pasta is all homemade, with top-notch ingredients, starting with the eggs (hence the name!). The service is good, not pushy despite the space and the spartan layout. But what really makes the difference are the dishes... The appetizers are top-quality, with black crostini standing out, followed by a prosciutto crudo with sublime artichokes. The pasta is exquisite, in many shapes and with a variety of toppings, all delicious. Championship-caliber main courses include excellent roast beef, mind-blowing boiled meat carpaccio, and meatloaf (in a single portion, a stroke of genius!), better than grandma's. The desserts are delicious, with Crema Covo taking center stage. What else can I say? Oh, and yes: you can even take the tortelli home with you! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
