Very satisfied with the meal we had in covo. Across the arno river from the city center, it's located in a residential area and serves freshly handmade pasta. A hidden gem and definitely worth the visit!

Dinner with friends. Informal and welcoming place. We ate a delicious starter and excellent first courses. I could go on at length about the first courses but I'll just say that they are a riot of aromas. The dessert section is also very good, well prepared and tasty. Friendly and prepared staff. I recommend it to lovers of pasta but also of good food in general.

Incredible place to eat fresh pasta in Firenze. The dishes are exquisite, both the pasta and the desserts. The incredibly delicious pastas and the tiramisu and crème brûlée are from another planet. The attention is excellent

Abbiamo preso un carpaccio di bollito e due piatti di pasta , le porzioni sono belle abbondanti e le materie prime sono a dir poco eccezionali. Per gli amanti della pasta sarà davvero difficile scegliere il piatto perché le proposte sono tutte davvero interessanti e da provare. Il servizio attentissimo e sempre molto preciso. Abbiamo concluso con due dolci davvero ottimi , consiglio caldamente la " crema del covo " .

28/05/2025: A warm and intimate dining experience! We were greeted with a complementary glass of prosecco and many tasting dishes. The food was light, delicious and all freshly made. I would recommend and look forward to coming back!
13/05/2025: [Guaranteed emotion, taste, and service] I am Korean. I highly recommend Koreans who are reading this to visit this place. It is better to receive the best service here than to eat expensive and tasteless food in downtown Florence!! I visited with my 7 and 4 year old daughters. The owner of this place, Ms. Betania, was really, really kind and helpful. I ordered a basic pasta, but before that, food that I had never eaten before came out, so I asked if I had ordered it wrong, and she just said welcome and gave it to me. But it was really, really delicious. To be honest, I would have paid more if I had to, but they only charged me the price of the pasta. It was delicious and the service was good enough that I was willing to pay more. It was really nice that they really loved my daughters. I am leaving Florence today, and I will definitely come here when I visit again. I recommend Koreans to come here. Have a nice trip :)

09/09/2025: We arrived with our baby at 8 p.m. The restaurant was full except for one table. Not a single smile, not a single polite gesture to let us know there was a 30-minute wait and that the baby would be in the way. I understand that we can't always accommodate everyone when it's not booked, but the least we can do is be polite.
07/09/2025: Very good food, very tasty. Special mention goes to the lady who runs the place. Beautiful place in Greve in Chianti.
