I can only compliment you on how this farmhouse nestled in the hills has been renovated! Well done for how they managed to keep the ancient part united with the modern one. Creating a welcoming environment where nothing is missing. Ylenia and all the staff are very kind and helpful. We were greeted with a smile and a lot of professionalism. Excellent prices and very high standard. Added to all this is their restaurant 50 meters away where we had dinner. Very good food and very generous portions. I recommend the house starter. Very good. Even the cut is soft and tasty. So they deserve all 5 stars. I am sure Ylenia that this new structure will give you a lot of satisfaction. I hope to have the opportunity to return for a few more days of relaxation.

We have been to the Colombaia several times, always a very pleasant experience. Quiet and well-kept place. Good value for money.

I was there for lunch for a birthday. Fabulous place both in terms of location and good food. We started with a trio of first courses served on a tray: an amazing legume soup, then some gnocchi with ragù meatballs and some magnificent homemade ravioli filled with fresh ricotta and seasoned with white broad bean and artichoke ragù. A triumph for the palate! Followed by a Marche sliced ​​with arugula and a classic mixed roast with fried foods. Impeccable service.
