09/04/2025: A place of rediscovered senses where it is not what you eat that stays with you but rather what you don't eat that pushes you to return. A continuous reinvention that intrigues the palate to try every type of dish. The possibility of an ever-changing culinary journey. From land products to sea products (which in a place like Frascati, which makes carnivorous tradition its strong point, is truly unimaginable, also considering the quality).
Moving from the famous Roman pinsa that few people now work with, rich in refined ingredients and very digestible, to a large cellar of white wines based on Malvasia; up to the desserts reinvented by the chef himself who does an incredible job on the balance of flavours. And which we can find for example in a Nutella cheesecake with pistachio grains and without the presence of cheese. All tremendously tasty but never too intrusive. It's practically the realm of everything and for everyone.
It is also indecently clean. Something not to be underestimated. Because where there is cleanliness, in my opinion and from my personal experience, there is respect and dedication for the customer. Everything lit in white, so as not to have to hide dirty corners as happens in dark rooms.
If we add to all this a very good quality/price ratio, it is the restaurant/trattoria you absolutely must visit if you are passing through Frascati.

29/03/2025: Given that I don't write many reviews, but this restaurant deserves them, so today I want to tell you about my very pleasant eating experience. The place is welcoming without great pretensions, attentive, friendly and non-invasive staff. And so far everything is normal. Very clean, it can be seen from the fact that the bathroom smells good and the toilet has no limescale in the bowl, why this observation? Because if the kitchen gives me a lot it is certainly like the bathroom. But let's get to the TOP part: eating. The crispy fried foods, fresh oil is certainly changed every day because I went twice and it was always like this. The pizza is stuffed to perfection with high quality products but you can't beat the crunchiness and digestibility! I'm a stickler and a pain in the ass, I notice little things that others consider superficial..... listen to me.... try it and you won't regret it. Oh I forgot....the desserts are vast and delicious
