The pizza may be good, no complaints there. It's a shame that after 25 minutes in line, they only then informed us that everything was made to order. A little more clarity with customers wouldn't hurt.

Highly recommended! My parents and I each ordered a slice of pizza to go. The staff was friendly and willing to prepare our pizzas freshly. The dough was excellent and easy to digest, the slice was nice and full and flavorful, and you could tell the ingredients were incredibly fresh! Unfortunately, we had to eat it after an hour in the car and it had gotten cold, but I swear, even cold, it tasted amazing. For €3.50, the best slice of pizza ever!

Questa pizzeria al taglio è una vera eccellenza per chi cerca una pizza d’asporto di alta qualità. Situata in una zona comoda e facilmente raggiungibile, conquista fin dal primo sguardo grazie al bancone ricco di varietà e colori. Le pizze sono preparate con ingredienti freschissimi e selezionati con cura, e si nota immediatamente l’attenzione alla qualità in ogni dettaglio. Una vera garanzia per chi ama la buona pizza al taglio da portare via!

26/08/2025: Restaurant: Beautiful restaurant with a wonderful view of the gardens and the castle. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I've tried the "classic" menu, which is delicious and varied, and the set menus for Easter Monday and Ferragosto. The latter always feature unique and varied dishes, with unusual and hard-to-find flavor combinations. Planargia is a unique offering compared to neighboring restaurants. The portions are decidedly generous, a great thing (in my opinion). Beyond the restaurant and the dishes, it's truly a wonderful local experience, and a pleasure to have lunch, and especially dinner, in this beautiful place. Anyone in the area shouldn't miss this gem. Rooms: Not tested.
15/08/2025: A charming place with a wonderful view of Bosa and its castle. Everything was very welcoming and professional. Feeling right at home while enjoying a delicious dinner. The seafood dishes were excellent, the pizza was delicious, and what can I say about the dessert?

19/05/2025: Not a big place that fills up easily, despite this we were served quickly by the very friendly owner. Excellent dishes, I recommend the grouper ravioli. Worth a stop if you are in the area.
18/05/2025: We happened upon it by chance. The place was crowded but we were served quickly. Excellent food, friendly staff. A more than positive experience. Highly recommended
