Paramos aquí para cenar en nuestra primera noche en Roma. Estábamos buscando un lugar que estaba un poco fuera de los caminos trillados donde los lugareños podrían comer. A las 7: 30 Éramos los primeros allí, pero cuando nos fuimos, el lugar estaba lleno. La pasta se cocinó perfectamente al dente. Tuve que tener a Cacio e Pepe para empezar mis vacaciones y fue justo como mi abuela lo habría hecho. Hay muchos restaurantes geniales para elegir, pero sin duda volvería a Coso la próxima vez que estemos en Roma.

Very nice atmosphere, young and very friendly staff. I went with a group of friends and I can say I ate really well. The bruschetta with chicory, the tonnarelli alla gricia and, honorable mention, the espresso tiramisu are really good.

Restaurant far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Excellent dishes and fair prices, very good atmosphere and attentive staff.

Excellent restaurant, good food and good service. Perhaps the limit is the space (it's a bit tight upstairs). I'll definitely go back on my next visit to Rome. I recommend bruschetta with chicory, anchovies and stracciatella, courgette flowers and then rigatoni amatriciana. Adequate price.

01/03/2025: Excellent and plentiful cuisine.
07/02/2025: I've tried this restaurant a few times, a nice, intimate place with professional service. The food is good, the choice is not very wide but it offers tasty and even elaborate dishes, the atmosphere is rather silent, let's say that I would define it in all respects as a romantic restaurant. The only flaw are the chairs...really uncomfortable.
