Welcoming, modern, and unique, with bottles of wine displayed throughout the restaurant. A bit on the outskirts: you have to go there specifically, even though it's still central to the town.
Menu: 4/5
Excellent selection of meats, including both premium and less common options. The side dishes are good, and the wine list is extensive and well-curated.
Service: 4/5
Professional and precise, with good knowledge of the menu and wines. Constant but never intrusive, with good timing and smooth table management.
Bill: 3/5
Overall good price: you pay for quality, but it's perhaps a little steep considering the location.

There's not much to say. No matter what time of year you choose to go, the food always lives up to expectations. Both the meats and the main dishes on the menu are worth trying. The wine list caters to every palate and, above all, every budget. The restaurant is well-kept and welcoming, but I'd like to say a few words about the staff: always friendly, always smiling, and ready to offer good advice. Highly recommended! (Reservations required)

Excellent Bristrot grill. High-quality products. Courteous, friendly, and highly knowledgeable staff. High-quality traditional cuisine. Very interesting and varied wine list; you'll be given an extensive wine list to choose from. Parking is available along the street or in the streets near the grill. I recommend everyone to stop by for a pleasant dinner or lunch.

Everything was perfect, from the location to the staff and the food. An entrée that looked more like a platter with a super-large meatball. The quality of the cured meats and cheeses (plus buffalo mozzarella and ricotta bites) was excellent, and the price was fair. We didn't try the meat (which we'll definitely do next time), but we opted for the first courses, which were all excellent and super generous. Honorable mention goes to two things: the wine list, never seen so extensive, and the dessert, a sfogliatella riccia filled with a very special babà. As already mentioned, the location is very warm, and the staff is knowledgeable and attentive. We'll definitely be back.
