Excellent home cooking. If you're craving soup or a savory pie, this is the place to be. Peaceful and friendly. I return every time I pass through Cherasco, and it's always a great lunch.

We returned eight years after our first visit and were delighted to find the same quality of products, professionalism, kindness, and affordability. We had porcini mushroom and harira soup, excellent and plentiful, a selection of goat cheeses from the nearby 'L Cravé farm, and a delicious savory tart, as well as exquisite desserts. A place to discover in a wonderful city.

LOCANDA CORONA DI FERRO

09/02/2026: A lovely restaurant in a historic courtyard just steps from the center. It feels like a trattoria, but the atmosphere is decidedly more elegant. The menu is traditional, and appropriately limited to maintain the excellent quality we found in all our dishes. The plating was also beautiful. The young woman who served us was very kind, as was the owner, with whom we exchanged numerous opinions. The price was fair for the quality and the setting. We all enjoyed the experience.
