Cortile verga In Siracusa

Avis mitigé. Lieu vraiment très sympa ! Accueil très agréable mais service limite sympa. Cocktail à 12 euros. Les classics à 8 euros. Bref... on ne reviendra pas alors que nous sommes plusieurs jours à Syracuse.

Wow, best negroni I've ever had. The bruschetta with burrata, honey and truffle is incredible, must try! So good we came twice in 3 days.

Absolute “hidden gem”! When it gets dark the place looks and feels like a movieset of an ‘70 Italian-maffia-movie.

A great courtyard bar for cocktails and tapas. Cocktails excellent and tapas was just the best. Menu has quite a variety of small plates for sharing and uses top quality ingredients. We popped in for quick drink and tapas and there was a really great vibe on a rainy evening.

English: I would like to start by saying that I organized an aperitif with 100 people at the Cortile Verga because I find it extremely suggestive and because I had heard good things about it, especially for the excellent cocktails. The owner was very kind in having bruschetta prepared at the last minute for those who had intolerances. The bruschetta was not in a satisfactory quantity to justify 35 euros per person for food, since everyone went to eat at the restaurant immediately afterwards. The cocktails were good. Personally, unfortunately, it was quite disappointing to be kicked out of the venue at the precise end of the event (it was 8 pm, not 5 am) saying that they had other customers booked. What is worse is that unfortunately some of my guests complained about the really rude behavior of some of the waiters and barmen, who absolutely refused to serve them certain things because they had not previously agreed with me (trivially a beer, which my guests had to get at the nearby bar..) in addition to having behaved rudely towards some people of all ages. I'm very sorry, but it was not the experience we dreamed of and that our guests deserved.

A very cool bar in a fabulous setting - do go ! Don’t be afraid to enter what looks like a Hollywood exclusive palazzo courtyard. Very reasonable prices and friendly knowledgeable service. Just marvellous.

Beautiful location for an aperitif

Este es un bar increíble que encontré por accidente al pasar durante la temporada baja. Tuve la suerte de conseguir una de las dos sillas en el bar y, por lo tanto, pude hablar con el camarero. Él es absolutamente encantador y tiene un gran conocimiento - cómo, está abierto a nuevas ideas y está experimentando para crear algo nuevo. Pasé 4 días en Siracusa y 3 noches en este gran bar - habría venido una 4a vez, pero durante ese período solo abren de viernes a domingo.
