The Florentine steak is excellent.

What can I say... If you like finding a modern restaurant with attention to detail, attentive and professional service, an immense green surrounding environment like in Ireland but above all delicious dishes and meat, this is the right place for you. I booked conveniently via Google and arrived on time for 8.30pm. They let me sit, the room is very large and there is a huge window where many bottles of wine are displayed. I liked it because the waitresses are very professional, they don't just bring you the dishes but explain how they are made and what you find inside them. As an appetizer I had a silverside carpaccio, double-cooked 72-hour focaccia, spring onion mayonnaise and Maldon salt. As a first course I had the tortelli alla vaccinara, which are filled with oxtail, thyme butter, black cabbage pesto and brown stock. As a second course in a restaurant specializing in meat like them, I couldn't help but choose the classic rib eye with potatoes, and together with an exquisite Russian salad. The dessert I recommend is the cocoa husband, with sweet rum syrup, hazelnut cream and berry coulis. Calm and composed customers, the atmosphere is beautiful and I really liked the environment and the service. Medium-high prices but everyone deserves the money spent, very good.

Very nice location with ample parking.
We ate very well, the meat was very soft and cooked just right (we had it rare) the only complaint I can make is that the fat in the Picanha was too raw and hard, if I can give some advice it would be better to have the meat delivered to the table on a hot plate so that the meat does not cool down and become tough.
Unfortunately I can't give more than 3 stars due to the terrible service of the girls who were upstairs; never a smile or a hint of kindness, they seemed very listless and very rude. I ordered 2 cokes asking for them with ice and lemon and they arrived neat; when I pointed out to the waitress who brought them that I had ordered them with ice and lemon she went to confront the waitress who took the order and very rudely stated that we requested them straight.
For our entire stay in the restaurant she was very invasive, as she was perpetually present at our table (there was practically only us in the mezzanine).
All in all you eat well and you don't spend that much.
PS. try the tartare, they are truly delicious and special!

Adoro questo posto, il personale cordiale, simpatico e sempre presente. Si mangia benissimo la carne e ottima per non parlare dei dolci e sopratutto una selezione di vini. Quando posso vado molto volentieri . Consiglio
