Excellent quality meat, grilled to perfection. I asked for a hot plate to take the bite out of the rare feeling, and it was brought promptly. I also had their giardiniera, which was also excellent. The wine selection is extensive and expertly recommended! The staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable, and it was a top-notch dinner! Well done!

Excellent restaurant with delicious, elaborate dishes. Beautiful and unique location. Very friendly staff. All the meat is excellent, some types (like Florentine steak) ordered on the spot, allowing you to choose by quality and weight. Fantastic wines. Not only meat, but also excellent first courses. They also sell directly from the butcher shop.

The restaurant is located inside a farmhouse with an adjoining butcher shop. Large spaces, a variety of table types. Friendly staff, refrigerators with dry-aged meats on display. Various cuts are served, including fillet, rib-eye steak, and Florentine steak. We chose a "stendino" (a variety of cured meats), tartare, spaghetti cacio e pepe, fillet, tiramisu, and Ripasso from a good wine cellar. The price per diner is around €86. At first glance, it seems expensive, but it also depends on what you eat and what wine you drink; in the end, the price is reasonable.

Ein Steakhaus der Extraklasse, wo man es nie erwartet hätte. Coole Einrichtung, exzellentes Fleisch (so was kriegt man wirklich selten) aus hauseigenem Betrieb. Aber auch ein evt. mitreisender Veganer findet etwas aus der sehr guten Küche. Dazu gute Weine. Der Service aufmerksam und flink. Die Preise sehr fair. Nicht zögern, lohnt sich!
