3 stars for the location, truly beautiful and well looked after, and for the welcoming, professional and very friendly staff, unfortunately the food was a huge disappointment, Christmas lunch only the dessert was saved, too bad.

The property is located in a very quiet area away from the chaos, overall well maintained and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. What is noteworthy in my opinion is the courtesy and availability of the staff encountered, a particular thanks to the girl at the reception met on the evening of arrival (I think she is Francesca) who excellently solved an administrative problem caused by my distraction and with politeness, courtesy and professionalism allowed me to have a pleasant stay. Thank you.

I went with a group of around 40 organized people, fixed lunch for everyone the same, price €35 per person, really nice place, well looked after on the outside and very nice on the inside.

We left Siena with high expectations given the bad experience in another farmhouse near Ardea, you with the reception staff and the lady at breakfast and last but not least who is responsible for cleaning the rooms gave us a nice day of rest from you. Thank you, we will be happy to return

Pranzo della domenica con amici e famiglia. Devo dire splendida esperienza. Location molto carina, così come la sala. Tutto pulito e ben tenuto. Menù ben pensato ed organizzato. Qualità dei piatti devo dire eccellente, così come la presentazione. Veramente un'ottima esperienza di pranzo in agriturismo, ad un prezzo giusto alla fine.

Sunday lunch with friends and family. I must say wonderful experience. Very nice location, as well as the room. Everything clean and well kept. Well thought out and organized menu. I must say the quality of the dishes is excellent, as is the presentation. Truly an excellent farmhouse lunch experience, at a fair price in the end.

Trascinato dalla sposetta di sempre all’Autunno della Landriana, mi preoccupo del pranzo e scovo vicinissimo ai magnifici giardini allestiti da Lady Lavinia Taverna e Russel Page, nel territorio del brutto Tor San Lorenzo ma un po’ all’interno in piena campagna pontina, La corte in fiore. D’accordo: è un agriturismo e una location per matrimoni e banchetti, ma funziona anche come ristorante e provate a ordinare sfiziosita’ di carne dello chef e fettuccine con ragù di cinta con qualche calice di Syrah laziale: tutto perfetto. Poi si torna alla Landriana.
