We tasted the dishes of the Corte dell'oca restaurant. Everything was excellent, from the appetizers to the traditional Tuscan dishes. I particularly appreciated their ribollita. The restaurant environment is warm, welcoming and evocative. Highly recommended

We only used the restaurant, a beautiful location with an ancient atmosphere. Good menu. We took pici all'aglione (excellent) tortellini in broth (the bland broth was excellent but the tortellini....) Platter of crostini (mostly vegetables, the ham was excellent) Scaloppine in wine (unfortunately not veal so a a little hard, but the flavor very good) the mashed potatoes are not made with potatoes but a substitute) the desserts are good. The house wine, a Vermentino from Orvieto, is good.

Sunday family lunch. Fast service and very kind staff. Excellent quality food, from appetizers to desserts, is the triumph of the best Tuscan tradition. The exceptional cut melts in your mouth. Keep going. Top!!

Excellent welcome, Mr. Franco is a person full of beautiful surprises. Excellent and plentiful food, beautiful and spacious rooms. Very particular structure with a retro charm. Excellent New Year's Eve dinner, above our expectations. All the staff were very courteous, helpful and kind! Highly recommended!!!!

Eccezionale! Siamo stati qui per una cena aziendale, decine di persone, un piano intero prenotato in pratica. Mi aspettavo il classico pasto da menù fisso, ma abbiamo mangiato in maniera spettacolare. Posto bello, personale accogliente, cibo fantastico! Mai 5 stelle furono più meritate!

Tutto perfetto. Abbiamo fatto un ottima figura portando parenti Liguri che ricercavano la tipica cucina Toscana. Per non parlare della simpaticissimo e professionale servizio del nonno Stefano.

14/12/2024: A pleasant discovery on the outskirts of Monte San Savino, we laughed, joked and enjoyed good food, the price in our opinion is very honest. The strong point of this restaurant is the quality of the products offered but not only that, as in each recipe we noticed the right balance of flavours, nothing was left to chance... Also very large Gluten-Free offer, much appreciated. Thanks for the fantastic experience, see you soon!
