We had the most wonderful experience at Corte del Casaro. From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the team made us feel at home. A special thank you to Salvatore and Michaela for their attentive and friendly service throughout the evening. But in particular, we want to express our gratitude to the lovely Dominica, whose care and hospitality made the evening unforgettable. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere welcoming, and the service faultless. Without doubt, one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended!

Everything was good 😋 And as a Neapolitan, I really appreciated it. The 🍕 was excellent. 👍🏽 Anyway, when I'm in Otranto, it's my favorite restaurant. The staff is also very friendly.

We went to Casaro with a group of friends. The location was nice and welcoming, the food was good, the service impeccable. Serena, the waitress, was super kind, attentive, and always smiling. I recommend it.

Agriturismo carino dove abbiamo trovato un ambiente familiare e piacevole..cucina tipica ben eseguita,dai primi piatti con pasta fresca ai secondi di carne è stato tutto davvero molto gustoso..un grazie particolare a Salvatore che ci ha coccolati e fatti sentire come a casa.. Consigliato!

25/09/2025: An unexpected surprise in a small town in the hinterland of Santa Cesarea Terme. Exquisite dishes, made with quality ingredients and original, well-balanced preparations. Excellent wine selection. Friendly, attentive service. We've already been twice in one week to try more dishes.... Compliments to the chef and the wait staff, highly recommended!
