Corso 62 In Pavia

Corso 62 is a real safe bet when I want to grab a bite to eat just steps from the Castiglione Brugnatelli College. I haven't tried the pizza yet, but the place is perfect for carving out a little corner of Pavia where you can stop and chat for hours, without any major disturbances. I really appreciate the restrooms and the kindness of the staff, although communication can sometimes be difficult due to language barriers. I'm giving it four stars instead of five only because the croissant—which was still very good, especially for the Ischian dough—was very light on filling. It's still a reliable bar, one of those places you'll want to return to.

A superb restaurant right in the city center. Very tasty food and at a super cheap price. I went 3 times in 5 days, it was really worth it!!

Very very nice place😍 We stayed in Pavia for 5 days and ate here 3 times. The food is mega good and really cheap compared to other places. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Would come to Pavia just to try some more pizzas🫠

Just steps from the school office is this place run by foreigners. Despite its somewhat run-down interior, it offers a variety of dining options. Their aperitivo, simple as it is, is quite delicious: focaccia, bread balls, and a pizza roll, all made to order and hot (if I were them, I'd skip the nachos and just make the food to order). The staff was very courteous and friendly, the food was good, the portions generous, and the price was fair.

Honestly, we absolutely didn't expect such fantastic pizza 😍. Thin crust, tons of toppings, unique specialty pizzas. Affordable alcohol (beer, wine) and drinks. We ate at several places in Bergamo and Pavia, but the pizza here was the best. Very friendly and fast service. We ate here three days in a row. We didn't want to look for another place. The size of the "Normal" pizza is the same as the large ones at other restaurants. They easily pack it for takeout (free of charge). No "coperto" fee, unlike in many much less expensive restaurants. Prices: cheap. In short: amazing. We'll miss the flavors 😎

We had a very pleasant time in this restaurant. The welcome and service were perfect. The food was plentiful and very good, and the value for money was incredible!!!

Well, I can't join those who were delighted with the service. We were met by a grumpy woman with burgundy hair. When I hesitated over the simple question, "Drink?", she muttered something under her breath. Then, with rather flourishing movements, she served us pizza and beer. As we were finishing up, she decided to let us know it was time to go – she turned off the air conditioning and opened the windows. 🙂 The pizza itself was very tasty, and so was the beer, which, however, wasn't their fault. Oh well.
