They're nice, kind, young, friendly, and even cool. But I paid €6.50 for a small bottle of fruit juice. Honestly, it's ridiculous. I didn't order anything else. Just a "measly" juice. Maybe they made a mistake? I hope so! Otherwise, they're great!

My favourite café in Bologna! Super friendly staff, great cappuccino and tasty cornetti. They also have nice brunch options on the weekends and great aperol spritz for an aperitivo. I can only recommend going there when you are in the city.

Good food, friendly service, and the orange croissant is highly recommended, though I wouldn't recommend the pistachio one, as it lacks a lot of filling. A nice option for a stopover on the way to St. Lucca.

Ci siamo fermati ieri con amici a fare una pausa dopo la visita a Palazzo Albergati per la mostra del pittore Ligabue. Che dire, tutto perfetto per un pranzo veloce, pulizia, efficienza, ma sopratutto gentilezza e cortesia della ragazza e dei ragazzi di servizio e panini e focaccie meravigliose. Praticamente gourmet. Siamo usciti sazi e non appesantiti con l'idea che quando capiterà ancora una visita nella vicina Bologna sarà una sosta obbligata.

Sono stata a Bologna per un weekend fuori porta ospite da un'amica. Il sabato mattina abbiamo deciso di andare in questo bar per fare colazione in stile americano molto molto carino a livello estetico. Ci siamo sedute all'interno prendendo posto un tavolo e poi siamo andati ad ordinare al banco, dove c'erano le paste e le varie opzioni. Il personale è stato super gentile e disponibile a spiegarci tutte le tipologie di prodotti, e alla fine abbiamo optato per una ruota con crema e mirtillo, un espresso e un cappuccino e un muffin con lampone (o simile). Per queste 4 cose abbiamo speso 11€. Direi non poco! La qualità era comunque buona e la colazione è stata molto piacevole .

18/06/2025: I attended my daughter Laura's wedding. The place is wonderful, immersed in the nature of our Bolognese hills. The garden and lawn are very well kept. Flowers of many shades, which embellish the structure. The rooms have air conditioning. The service is excellent, the whole family collaborates. The cuisine is very well cared for and excellent. The organization of everything was very well cared for and without any critical issues. Excellent menu, we satisfied everyone, even the vegetarians. Excellent desserts, always made by them. The wedding cake was always made by the kitchen team. It was beautiful and truly excellent. All the guests appreciated the location and complimented the cuisine. Perhaps 5 stars are not enough! I sincerely and absolutely recommend the Antica Pieve di Roffeno farmhouse, for special occasions or for lunches with friends. A special thanks to Mrs. Daniela, her children and all the collaborators for their great commitment that contributed to making our day of celebration wonderful.

Trattoria Vecchio Mercato

30/07/2025: Completely gluten-free restaurant. The staff was very kind and helpful. The gluten-free bread and homemade cheese brought out for the appetizer were brilliant. I could hardly believe it was gluten-free. The bolognese ragu and the pumpkin and ricotta ravioli were all very delicious. A restaurant with a real Italian atmosphere. And when we left, the waiter wrapped up the leftover bread without asking. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a gluten-free place.
