Coquus In Lucera

Un'esperienza gastronomica che lascia il segno (in positivo!) Abbiamo recentemente cenato da Coquus e ogni portata si è rivelata una vera sorpresa, per gusto e originalità. Lo chef Mirko Esposito dimostra una preparazione eccellente, capace di combinare ingredienti di altissima qualità con una tecnica raffinata e una visione culinaria moderna. Il servizio è stato preciso e cordiale, in un ambiente curato e accogliente. Un ristorante che non solo merita una visita, ma invita a tornarci ancora e ancora.

Une équipe très accueillante et un chef qui promet car très jeune et déjà très expérimenté! De très bons vins pour accompagner ses plats plus qu’originaux! Bravo à toute l’équipe très pro et de bonne humeur. Ça fait plaisir et le moment a été exceptionnel. A découvrir absolument et y revenir si possible.

Five full stars! Small restaurant with attention to the smallest details in the center of Lucera. The menu is divinely studied and prepared, special dishes with top quality products. Excellent wine list and nice organization. From bread to dessert it is an explosion of flavours. It definitely deserves more than one visit❤️
