Average restaurant. Setting is mordern but atmosphere is only ok . Menu was simple to a point that we don't know how to order, nothing on the appetizer menu caught our eyes. You can definitely find a better place at this price. There is very little view overlooking Florence since the view is across a road

A welcoming and elegant restaurant with a location that is the envy of other restaurants, with a view of Florence illuminated from above that combines romance and tranquility with the friendly and not too formal atmosphere provided by the staff, evidently well coordinated by the owner Luca, who made sure everything ran smoothly.

The setting is beautiful, very well-kept, and has a lovely view of Florence. The person who made the reservation over the phone forgot to reserve our table, and the menu was limited because they were supposed to be closed for the season. The pizza dough was excellent, but the toppings weren't up to par, lacking flavor and low quality. The fried foods were good, except for the stuffed fried flowers, whose filling was still half-frozen. The tenerina cake was excellent, and the cocktails were top-notch. The young waiters were truly friendly and helpful.

We left feeling happy. We ate well, in just the right amount, drank well, and received excellent service. The price was reasonable for our experience. The location is beautiful, and we had a wonderful time outside, too.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary in an enchanting venue, nestled in a beautifully landscaped olive grove, with a spectacular view of all of Florence. The table, perfectly integrated into the natural setting, made the experience even more evocative. The service was courteous, attentive, and never intrusive. The dishes, exquisite and refined, were surprising for their originality and meticulous presentation. A perfect place for a special occasion, where everything contributes to a magical atmosphere.

Honestly... I found it honest but pretty average, we found plastic in the pasta, the overcooked teriyaki tuna was no more than street food, the wine by the glass (formidable Montepulciano) served very hot, (at room temperature, 32°) frankly... meh, is the Gambero Rosso a scam? ...I'll be careful next time... note: the waiters were nice.

Alla ricerca di un ristorante sulle splendide colline fiesolane che proponesse anche piatti di pesce, abbiamo scelto Le Lance: e non abbiamo sbagliato! Locale curato, personale attento, sorridente e disponibile. I piatti che abbiamo assaggiato sono stati tutti apprezzati dal crostino di polenta al nero di seppia, al flan di porri, ai tagliolini con bisque di gamberi, al crumble di mela con gelato alla crema. Quantità adeguate ma soprattutto sapori azzecati. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo
