Beautiful location, efficient staff with excellent service. The food, however, wasn't entirely satisfying; the portions were too large and the ingredients were out of season (like artichokes or asparagus in August). The bill, for what we ate, was a bit high. I need to clarify this further.

Servizio ottimo e veloce, porzioni molto abbondanti e soprattutto ogni piatto superlativo, veramente di qualità. Consigliamo di prendere un primo da dividere per poter assaggiare piu cose.

Una serata a sorpresa con amici. I pici cacio e pepe ripassati nella forma di formaggio sono stati un’esplosione di gusto super piacevole, condita e servita al tavolo, porzioni abbondanti. Fiorentina di chianina tagliata al tavolo e servita su piastra calda al tavolo da condividere con i commensali. Vino ottimo con ampia scelta e servito con competenza e professionalità. Dolci ottimi. Servizio eccellente, camerieri molto simpatici e professionali. L’ambiente è caldo e accogliente. Grazie.

30/06/2025: Located in the countryside and far from the chaos of the city, Locanda Rovicciano offers attentive and tasty cuisine. The menu is varied and carefully prepared, the service is fast and professional. We stayed at the property for the second time. The apartment we slept in is rustic, clean and spacious. I heartily recommend it to anyone who loves cooking, chef Andrea is a guarantee!!
11/06/2025: Spent a nice summer evening here. Ate outside. Pleasant location in a well-kept garden. An old Golden Retriever was sleeping. Ate well. The highlight was fried brains, which I hadn't eaten since the mad cow epidemic. Nice memory. Service not slow and effective. Friendly Florentine chef. Reasonable prices. We'll be back.
