I ordered on the app on 12/24/24 after paying from home, I head to the place which is closed. Today 27/12/24 I go to ask what happens in these cases, they tell me that a refund is not possible but they offer to redo the order. I THANK THEM AND I AM SATISFIED, IT WAS ENOUGH FOR ME NOT TO RETURN EMPTY HANDS. THANKS AGAIN, I WAS VERY PLEASED TO HAVE FOUND SOME HUMAN PEOPLE.

The place inside was really poorly maintained. The food is the same everywhere so... Good service. The lady who served me was very helpful and kind.

My experience was extremely positive, excellent quality food, effective and fast service thanks to the multimedia totems, honor to the operators, kind and quick in resolving disputes despite the extremely rude customers: in half an hour of consuming the meal inside the restaurant I've seen everything, customers who leave their trays on the table, customers (elderly) who throw cigarettes on the ground outside the restaurant and customers (young) who make fun of the employees and who enjoy scattering chips while people eat, I recommend hiring a bouncer at least on weekends to allow families to eat peacefully.
