Terrible service, ordered the menu and paid online, even got a €2.50 sundae. They prepared everything in advance, even the sundae, without asking the customer if the sundae was to be taken with the menu or after... then I didn't have the fries and mayonnaise. I ask, the girl inside the kitchen tells me I only ordered the sandwich... so I ask for the receipt... they tell me they don't have the receipt or they don't issue receipts on online orders... okay, while I try to find my order history in the app... a guy arrives who brings the fries and mayonnaise, so I was right, did I order a menu? .. he replies yes, I apologize for the mix-up. Oh, by the way, the sundae is halfway out of the paper cup. My husband and I look at each other in disbelief... but I didn't say anything else... I definitely wouldn't go back to this place. Crazy

Recently redone, very nice, shame about the staff who are uninterested.

The guys who work there aren't professional... they play instead of serving the customer. One guy made me wait, he said, for 5 minutes, and there was no one there, and I had already paid for an ice cream. He was playing with his colleague Francesca. Then another thing, they use a bucket and mop and handle money and never use gloves. I'm stupid for never saying anything, but they don't know how to work the slightest.

Service not efficient and organized, products arrived from other people besides ours, if we hadn't reported it, they wouldn't have noticed. Also table service requested but not performed..
