I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time, and I have to say it's become my favorite in Venaria. Every course is impeccable, with attention to both the ingredients and the details. The flavors are perfectly balanced. The wait staff is very kind and attentive. I'll be back to try other dishes!

We discovered the Convivium restaurant almost by accident, right after finishing our visit to the Venaria Reale, and we couldn't have been luckier. It's one of those hidden, under-publicized places that make you feel like you've stumbled upon a little treasure, and we were truly delighted to have stumbled upon it. The place is cozy, intimate, and welcoming, perfect for a quiet break. From the very beginning, the staff was friendly and attentive: upon arrival, they asked if I had any allergies or intolerances (which is far from a given), and when I mentioned that I'm not particularly fond of cheese, they went out of their way to avoid it. I was truly impressed by this attention, especially when the entrée offered at the beginning of the meal was modified especially for me, without any hesitation. Making the experience even more enjoyable was the owner, who stopped by our table at the end of the meal to ask how it went and for our opinion: a simple gesture, but one that truly makes a difference and makes you feel welcomed, not just waited on. The food is refined, carefully crafted, and of excellent quality; the passion and attention to detail are clearly evident. The price is perhaps a little high, but considering the quality of the ingredients and the service, it's absolutely justified. If we ever pass this way again, we'll definitely return.

A delightful experience The 33-yolk buttons stuffed with pumpkin and chestnuts, garnished with crispy bacon, were a delight. The desserts were superb, both the pistachio with dark chocolate and the three samples of bunet panna cotta and amaretto. The table service was excellent, with both ladies (I deliberately avoid the term "girl," even though one is young) very professional. The dishes were explained, but without being overly so. We'll have to come back to try more.
