We stayed at this hotel, and the only downside was the room, which was a bit small and didn't have a balcony. But I have to say, everything else was exceptional! From the reception to the restaurant, where Domenico, the waiter, treated us to a wonderful, relaxing dinner! Domenico was very kind and professional; you could tell he really loves his job! We'll definitely be back!

This isn't the first time we've attended the Barion Hotel for events. We've always had excellent experiences, from Maurizio's professionalism and courtesy to Elenya's smile and kindness, to Samy's impeccable, high-quality work. Especially regarding the cuisine and catering, I've complimented Granit, and I want to publicly reiterate my compliments, as my entire group noted the superior cuisine at last night's dinner. We weren't aware there had been any changes to the staff, but since everyone was so satisfied, I wanted to find out more, and indeed this new addition seems to be a significant upgrade for the entire hotel. Congratulations, and kudos to everyone I mentioned, for making our guests' experiences special!

Great location, clean, friendly service, and above all, affordable price

We chose this hotel as we needed a parking spot and we didn’t mind driving to go to the city. Price and quality do not match. Arrived at night after a long drive and the receptionists were nothing but kind or welcoming. It was disappointing to see that behaviour. While we were bringing our luggage upstairs they were staring at us until the elevator door closed. They informed us about breakfast and its price in a very rude way, assuming that we wouldn’t be interested. To be fair the next day we left our things at the reception desk for a couple of hours and the lady we met in the morning was great. Smiling and helpful. When we returned to pick them up the stuff was changed again and the issues remained. Rude and dismissing and didn’t even say goodbye. It’s next to a gas station which is helpful and it’s 20 minutes from the Bari and the port. If you’re planning to stay here for some peace and quiet please don’t. We were allowed to stay in the room until 11 but woke up very early as the cleaners kept banging things on the rooms above and next to us. Very disappointing experience.

A positive experience. We stayed at the hotel to attend the Ayurveda Academy, and we had lunch there. The food was excellent, and Muhammad (Maurizio) was very kind and helpful. A heartfelt thank you from the entire Ayurveda team. ❤️

I stayed for 4 days in this facility, unfortunately for me my car was stolen in the center of Bari. What can I say about the reception staff? They were wonderful people, from the first evening they immediately took action, knowing our misadventure, they gave us so much moral and material support. I thank the Director for making the shuttle service available to me for the entire stay free of charge. A big thank you to all three drivers, especially Nicola, for their patience and kindness. Last but not least, Mrs. Angela and her staff in the breakfast department, for pampering us and making us feel like we were family. We will never stop thanking you for how you did everything for us. The facility is fantastic, but what makes it unique is its staff.

Very elegant hotel, rooms with all the comforts, cleanliness, parking, and kindness. The only drawback is that you need to have a car, otherwise it's difficult to get around independently. We had a car, so everything was perfect!
