Siamo ritornati in questo eccellente ristorante. Piatti curati con ingredienti di primissima qualità. Gestori molto professionali e attenti alla clientela come in un ristorante stellato. Tra i migliori a Cuneo.

Ottimo, consigliato. Le ns esperienze si sono indirizzate, al momento, sul pesce. Bravi, bravissimi. Gamberi con un salsa di avocado eccellente, spaghetti con crostacei crudi e cotti: non buono, ma ottimo. Infine, la padellata di gamberi e scampi: eccezionale. Vini selezionati, si avverte sin da subito la conoscenza e la scelta dei prodotti. Servizio impeccabile. Davvero un peccato non provarlo, presumibilmente e per nostra esperienza culinaria , possiamo dire che rientra assolutamente tra i migliori ristoranti di cuneo città…. Che poi, pensandoci bene, non che sia un grande complimento perché certamente non rispecchia la qualità che offre il convivium.

Excellent, recommended. Our experiences so far have focused on fish. Excellent, very good. The shrimp with an excellent avocado sauce, spaghetti with raw and cooked shellfish: not good, but excellent. Finally, the pan-fried shrimp and scampi: exceptional. The wines are carefully selected; you can immediately sense the knowledge and choice of products. Impeccable service. It would be a real shame not to try it; presumably, based on our culinary experience, we can say it is absolutely among the best restaurants in the city of Cuneo... Which, thinking about it, isn't exactly a great compliment, as it certainly doesn't reflect the quality the Convivium offers.
