Ottimo, consigliato. Le ns esperienze si sono indirizzate, al momento, sul pesce. Bravi, bravissimi. Gamberi con un salsa di avocado eccellente, spaghetti con crostacei crudi e cotti: non buono, ma ottimo. Infine, la padellata di gamberi e scampi: eccezionale. Vini selezionati, si avverte sin da subito la conoscenza e la scelta dei prodotti. Servizio impeccabile. Davvero un peccato non provarlo, presumibilmente e per nostra esperienza culinaria , possiamo dire che rientra assolutamente tra i migliori ristoranti di cuneo città…. Che poi, pensandoci bene, non che sia un grande complimento perché certamente non rispecchia la qualità che offre il convivium.

Excellent, recommended. Our experiences have currently focused on fish. Well done, very good. Prawns with an excellent avocado sauce, spaghetti with raw and cooked shellfish: not good, but excellent. Finally, the pan-fried prawns and scampi: exceptional. Selected wines, the knowledge and choice of products is immediately noticeable. Impeccable service. It's really a shame not to try it, presumably and from our culinary experience, we can say that it is absolutely among the best restaurants in the city of Cuneo... Which, if you think about it, isn't a great compliment because it certainly doesn't reflect the quality that the convivium offers

Excellent restaurant, top Wellington fillet, I will return. Two years later I can say it's even better.

Simple but welcoming place. All the dishes are absolutely excellent, especially the fish but also the first courses. Medium/high price but considering the quality of the food, appropriate.

Il locale moderno ma un po' anonimo, defilato rispetto al centro storico. Il menù è vario, si può scegliere tra carne e pesce. Noi abbiamo scelto primi e secondi di pesce e siamo stati soddisfatti. I piatti sono gustosi e originali le porzioni abbondanti.

You enter and you are no longer in Cuneo, but in a restaurant in the center of Turin or Milan! Perfect welcome, formal but not too much and not intrusive, truly impeccable education. The menu changes every time! Even if we didn't like it for a second last time, it certainly didn't take away our desire to go.
