Great experience in the center of Arezzo. The cuisine is varied and interesting. The quality is decidedly high and is further enhanced by the care of the chef and the entire team. The dining room staff is also very competent. In particular, compliments to the manager: it is not easy to accommodate customers and take orders while training a new colleague and above all it is not easy to be nice and friendly while doing it... great job!

Ristorante carino nel centro di Arezzo, leggermente fuori dall'affollamento del corso. Personale gentile e disponibile ed ottimi piatti! Siamo stati qui con altri amici, menu ben definito e che ha soddisfatto tutti i palati. Flan di finferli e carbonara al tartufo ottimi. Buoni anche i dolci, più che discreta la carta dei vini. Che dire, ci torneremo!

Very nice place, the dishes do not live up to expectations.. a trio of tigelle stuffed according to the chef's imagination, practically stuffed with 1 slice of salami and 1 of mortadella, we expected more.. First courses nothing exceptional, the pasta was overcooked.

Restaurant a few steps from the tourist area of ​​Arezzo. We booked through the Christmas markets website which recommended it. The place is nice but very small, the food is maybe good there The best thing was the dessert, I could say the bill was expensive but for the area in which they are located in my opinion more than fair. Locale piccolino ma molto accogliente. Servizio preciso e cordiale. Menu ricco di piatti tipici e nel fuori menu alcuni piatti con il tartufo. Discreto l'antipasto misto (sia per qualità sia per quantità). Molto buoni i pici. Conto adeguato

We went to the restaurant for a dinner as a couple. The exceptional service and staff immediately made us feel at ease with some Tuscan bread and oil. But let's talk about the dishes: quality products and the hand of the chef, what can I say, congratulations! From the typical Tuscan appetizer (not obvious cold cuts and cheeses), through a delicious picio with guinea fowl ragù, up to a sublime fillet with flambéed vinsanto! The Convivio is a true pearl in the heart of Arezzo. The cuisine is excellent, with extraordinary attention to detail and skilful use of the highest quality ingredients. The truffle is the great protagonist of the menu, and is exalted in dishes that manage to combine tradition and innovation. We tasted different specialties and each course left us speechless. The tartares are a true work of art, each with unique combinations and flavors balanced to perfection. The homemade pasta with generous flakes of fresh truffle was creamy and very fragrant, while the second course of meat with truffle sauce closed the evening in a spectacular way. Also not to be missed is the pork in sweet and sour sauce, perfectly cooked and balanced in flavour. The atmosphere of the restaurant is intimate and welcoming, perfect for a special dinner or a relaxed evening in the historic center. The staff is very kind, professional and always available to recommend the best dishes. If you are in Arezzo and you love truffles or simply good food, Il Convivio is a must. Absolutely recommended!
