Restaurant a few steps from the tourist area of ​​Arezzo. We booked through the Christmas markets website which recommended it. The place is nice but very small, the food is maybe good there The best thing was the dessert, I could say the bill was expensive but for the area in which they are located in my opinion more than fair. We recommend it only if you are a few people and it is not crowded Otherwise a good place and good service

Locale piccolino ma molto accogliente. Servizio preciso e cordiale. Menu ricco di piatti tipici e nel fuori menu alcuni piatti con il tartufo. Discreto l'antipasto misto (sia per qualità sia per quantità). Molto buoni i pici. Conto adeguato

We went to the restaurant for a dinner as a couple. The exceptional service and staff immediately made us feel at ease with some Tuscan bread and oil. But let's talk about the dishes: quality products and the hand of the chef, what can I say, congratulations! From the typical Tuscan appetizer (not obvious cold cuts and cheeses), through a delicious picio with guinea fowl ragù, up to a sublime fillet with flambéed vinsanto! The Convivio is a true pearl in the heart of Arezzo. The cuisine is excellent, with extraordinary attention to detail and skilful use of the highest quality ingredients. The truffle is the great protagonist of the menu, and is exalted in dishes that manage to combine tradition and innovation. We tasted different specialties and each course left us speechless. The tartares are a true work of art, each with unique combinations and flavors balanced to perfection. The homemade pasta with generous flakes of fresh truffle was creamy and very fragrant, while the second course of meat with truffle sauce closed the evening in a spectacular way. Also not to be missed is the pork in sweet and sour sauce, perfectly cooked and balanced in flavour. The atmosphere of the restaurant is intimate and welcoming, perfect for a special dinner or a relaxed evening in the historic center. The staff is very kind, professional and always available to recommend the best dishes. If you are in Arezzo and you love truffles or simply good food, Il Convivio is a must. Absolutely recommended!

We had dinner on a Friday evening, by reservation, taking the tartare poker and two first courses (ravioli with burrata and aubergines and pici with truffles). Everything was excellent, including the desserts and the service. Super honest prices. Highly recommended!

We went to this delightful, warm and friendly place where friendliness reigns supreme. From the menu we took the platter of really good cured meats and cheeses, the Chianti tartare cut with a knife are truly Special (especially with truffles and the mayonnaise and pumpkin seeds) don't miss the carbonara revisited with very good truffles (and see says a Roman who often eats Carbonara) wines of all types and for all tastes. I'm of the opinion that you have to go there and try to understand what I'm saying, trust Serena who will win you over with her friendliness. Attirato dalle tante recensioni positive ho deciso di prenotare in questo ristorante in una tranquilla piazzetta di Arezzo, con posti all’aperto ; Simpatica e cordiale la cameriera ; Prendiamo un antipasto misto con tagliere di salumi e formaggi, tigelle e verdure grigliate , buoni ma tutto sommato nella norma; Io ho preso il filetto con crema di barbabietole e gin con pepe nero e lardo di colonnata , di livello top , un po’ costoso (32 euro) ma assolutamente proporzionato alla qualità del piatto Molto buono anche il maialino zen Consigliato !
