This establishment offers a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside. Santina welcomed us with a warm smile and infectious good humor. She offered us an assortment of local specialties, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We finished with a delicious iced coffee with almond milk. The service was very friendly and prompt. The price was very reasonable for the excellent quality of the food.

Extraordinary experience! Excellent food, an expression of the most authentic Apulian tradition, a comfort for the palate, the eye, and the soul. Santina is a wonderful hostess, professional and welcoming. A highly recommended experience during your visit to beautiful Locorotondo. ;)

Succulent and plentiful. We ordered the appetizers for two: delicious, full of delicious little dishes, at a really good price for everything we had. We'd love to come back to Locorotondo just to come to this restaurant.

Everything is delicious and sliced ​​freshly. A splendid view frames the experience, but what makes this place so unique and special is Santina. A mother to all, her kindness and attentiveness make it an experience to remember. We'll be back soon, the sunset boys!

Dining "in the dark" is an opportunity to be pampered while savoring new or familiar flavors, which sometimes you can't distinguish simply because you can't see them. Everything was beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the chef was top-notch.

10/11/2025: Great little restaurant. The food is crazy good. The eggplant parmesan is excellent! The stuffed muscles tasted so good. The waitress was so kind. The taramissu melts in your mouth. Love this place!
