An excellent stay with wonderful staff who paid close attention to detail. The staff were incredibly helpful and ensured we had a wonderful stay! The spa was fantastic, and the option of breakfast in the room and valet parking made our stay even more enjoyable.

Fantastic hotel. What service truly worthy of 5 stars. Quiet location. You get towels with a bag and an entrance ticket from the hotel for the nearby beach. Where you can rent a sunbed for €10. You can lie on the grass or on the beach. There's a small restaurant. The large, super clean room was fantastic. Also facing the mountain. Beautifully decorated, lovely, comfortable bathroom. Two bottles of water every day. Everything was thought of. Wonderful bed. Nice seating area. The ladies and gentlemen at the reception desk are always ready to help. Special thanks to Roberto and Alessandra who even prepared a package for us when we left. Beautiful terrace and restaurant. Casino nearby and small boulevard. Highly recommended for a peaceful holiday. I will definitely be back. We had a great time. Still great service 👌

Unfortunately, the value for money in this so-called "grand hotel" is completely out of place. The only thing that's great here is the price – the standard offered is more in line with a 3-star hotel. While some of the staff were very helpful, it still didn't justify the price. The lobby, rooms, hallways, and the smell don't exactly give the impression of luxury. No luggage service at check-in, no questions asked, nothing. Simply unacceptable for a supposedly 5-star hotel. The spa area is tiny, so you have to book a time slot. If the pool is only big enough for two people, perhaps they should consider not offering a spa at all. Even more incomprehensible was that you couldn't spontaneously get into the pool at 1 a.m. – even though there was no one there. When we politely asked if we could spontaneously book a slot to go in the pool, the corpulent receptionist simply replied with a rude "Of course not." We definitely won't be coming back.

The location is very nice very near to the water its pretty. The rooms are big and spacey at least the 5th floor ones. The breakfast is okay but the service is so nice. The reception staff at night was very unfriendly he got angry and annoyed at any question we asked. But otherwise chill hotel

Very nice hotel, reception and cooperation from the staff, very cheerful and respectful and treated us with kindness, they provided us with an extra bed for free for my daughter, and the view is very beautiful, very suitable for luxury hotel accommodation for those who like its geographical location, free breakfast was added to us, and also thanks to the employee Anastasia and the whole staff, very very clean

My wife and I spent only one night at the hotel. Very helpful staff, always friendly and profesionable. Nice furnished and quite rooms, very clean. Not a single thing to improve!

I stayed at this hotel earlier this month, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is quiet, beautiful, and conveniently located near everything. The staff were excellent—I didn’t have to wait even one minute at reception as everything was already prepared. The room was very clean, and the team works hard around the clock to ensure guests are comfortable. The hotel manager is a fantastic person, and his friendly dog added a warm and welcoming touch to the stay. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the best part is that they offer to serve it in your room at no extra charge—such a thoughtful service! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.
