The hotel overlooks a river, the rooms are spacious, and the view is beautiful. The reception was wonderful, with great hospitality. Anastsia welcomed me and did a great job. Lila was a super nice lady; she was very kind and supportive with a lovely attitude. Both of them were really kind to me. 👏 They gave me an upgraded room with a lake view, as well as complimentary drinks and cakes 🍰, which was great too.

Our stay at the wellness hotel was simply fantastic, a true oasis of well-being! We received a warm welcome upon arrival last night, and the staff were exceptionally attentive, helpful, and very friendly throughout our entire stay. The room was large and very comfortable, with a double bed and two lounge chairs. The bathroom was also stylishly furnished and spacious. The view of Lake Lugano is breathtaking and gives the hotel a very special atmosphere. We were also treated to culinary delights: the food was incredibly delicious, fresh, and lovingly prepared. Another highlight was the stylish and well-maintained spa area, which invites you to relax and unwind. Here, we were able to completely switch off and recharge our batteries. We felt completely at ease and are already looking forward to returning very soon. Highly recommended!

The Grand Hotel Campione makes a good impression right from the start: elegant without being overbearing, with thoughtful spaces and a tranquil atmosphere. The room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable, with a pleasant view of the lake and attention to detail. The staff was friendly and professional, always ready to respond to requests without losing their smile. The breakfast was excellent: a good selection, fresh products, and a bright dining room. The restaurant is truly top-notch, although pricey, but it's worth it. The location is perfect if you want to relax but also easily get around Campione and the surrounding areas. Overall, a pleasant, comfortable, and well-managed stay.

Now, let's talk about the hotel. The location is very beautiful. The breakfast is lovely and varied, and they offer wheat-free bread. They also gifted us wheat-free biscuits and cakes outside of breakfast. The service is excellent. The rooms are very spacious. Valley parking is available for €20 per day. Porter service is available. Welcome upon arrival.

We felt very comfortable at the hotel. The welcome was very warm, and the service was always courteous and very competent. The rooms are spacious and very well furnished. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The spa area is beautiful, equipped with a sauna, a steam bath, and a small pool. Since this area can be booked for exclusive use, it's well-suited for 2-4 people. We found the music in the sauna a bit too loud (although we didn't mention this to the staff, otherwise they would have certainly addressed it immediately). The hotel's location is beautiful; from the upper rooms, you have a wonderful view of the lake and Lugano, which lies diagonally across the street. However, there isn't much going on in the town itself; many restaurants were closed, and some buildings were deserted, or at least appeared so. There's a huge casino right next to the hotel, which we didn't visit. ``` A bus to Lugano runs approximately every hour; the stop is right in front of the hotel. You can also take a boat to Lugano; the ferry dock is about 7 minutes from the hotel. Thank you again for the wonderful stay.

Our group stayed here for a couple of nights and it was really hard to leave — we loved the place! While the hotel itself looks a bit on the smaller side, the rooms were very spacious, beautifully designed, and full of natural light, giving a very inviting feel. The staff were welcoming, always smiling, and we truly appreciated their hospitality and kindness. We also enjoyed the thoughtful touches like complimentary drinks at a time of our choice and a discount for dinner at the hotel restaurant — which turned out to be absolutely delicious.
