I stayed there for three of the most beautiful nights I had there. It was a little expensive, but it is worth every riyal you pay for it 👍🏻

Magnificent hotel! Friendly welcome. Top breakfast and restaurant. Excellent food, well done to the chef! Magnificent room, very large, top cleanliness, we slept well. The spa which is included in the price, absolute relaxation. We will come back. We recommend 100%.

Extremely overpriced hotel. Never 5*, we would give a well-intentioned 3*. The view is fantastic, the rest is mediocre at best and the prices are never justified.

Friendly staff and great location. Rich breakfast buffet. It's a shame that there is a lack of care and detail. It is by no means a 5* hotel, which is why I think the price for the elite room is much too high. The hotel is getting old and it shows (stained shower curtains, fitted carpet everywhere, peeling paint on the windows, unkempt balcony, etc.). Parking situation not ideal.

Everything was spectacular, incredible. The hotel restaurant is extremely good!

(THE HOTEL IS NOT A 5 STARS HOTEL)!!!! I give it only 3 maximum. Barely 4. - the breakfast is not good. - poor noise isolation between room, you can hear your neighbors inside your room. - the AC is only for heating, and it was not working. ( we had complaining about that for two days until they figured out they do not have cold AC during October although it was sunny) - no gym! - no room service after 10pm. - no lobby. It is only a small chair. -if you do not book the sea view room, it is not worth it. Positives: -The room itself has a bed and a furniture. -The location as it stands between northern italy and Switzerland, actually, it is an Italian territory inside Swizterland. - they offer 1hr free for a pool and sauna.. not wow tbh. - professional and polite receptionists. - valet parking and a bell boy.

The view of the hotel is not a mistake, and I advise you to go for the panoramic suite, with full glass, with a wonderful view of the lake, the fifth floor. I noticed that their breakfast is very normal and may be less than normal. 🫡

Very comfortable hotel with a great view. They har upgraded my room just for its our first time here in the hotel and they gave us a lake view with bigger room. Loved it
