It's always a thrill to stay with you... the staff is truly extraordinary. The food is excellent. You sleep great. Everything is perfect. 😘😘💙💙

I booked my stay based on photos on Booking.com, the airport app, and reviews on Google Maps. In short, I regretted it. The hotel is old and far away (Uber will charge you around 70-100 francs to get to Lugano). The only good things about the hotel were the restaurant and the view; otherwise, it was no good and I wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel overlooks a river, the rooms are spacious, and the view is beautiful. The reception was wonderful, with great hospitality. Anastsia welcomed me and did a great job. Lila was a super nice lady; she was very kind and supportive with a lovely attitude. Both of them were really kind to me. 👏 They gave me an upgraded room with a lake view, as well as complimentary drinks and cakes 🍰, which was great too.

Our stay at the wellness hotel was simply fantastic, a true oasis of well-being! We received a warm welcome upon arrival last night, and the staff were exceptionally attentive, helpful, and very friendly throughout our entire stay. The room was large and very comfortable, with a double bed and two lounge chairs. The bathroom was also stylishly furnished and spacious. The view of Lake Lugano is breathtaking and gives the hotel a very special atmosphere. We were also treated to culinary delights: the food was incredibly delicious, fresh, and lovingly prepared. Another highlight was the stylish and well-maintained spa area, which invites you to relax and unwind. Here, we were able to completely switch off and recharge our batteries. We felt completely at ease and are already looking forward to returning very soon. Highly recommended!

The Grand Hotel Campione makes a good impression right from the start: elegant without being overbearing, with thoughtful spaces and a tranquil atmosphere. The room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable, with a pleasant view of the lake and attention to detail. The staff was friendly and professional, always ready to respond to requests without losing their smile. The breakfast was excellent: a good selection, fresh products, and a bright dining room. The restaurant is truly top-notch, although pricey, but it's worth it. The location is perfect if you want to relax but also easily get around Campione and the surrounding areas. Overall, a pleasant, comfortable, and well-managed stay.
