We felt very comfortable at the hotel. The welcome was very warm, and the service was always courteous and very competent. The rooms are spacious and very well furnished. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The spa area is beautiful, equipped with a sauna, a steam bath, and a small pool. Since this area can be booked for exclusive use, it's well-suited for 2-4 people. We found the music in the sauna a bit too loud (although we didn't mention this to the staff, otherwise they would have certainly addressed it immediately). The hotel's location is beautiful; from the upper rooms, you have a wonderful view of the lake and Lugano, which lies diagonally across the street. However, there isn't much going on in the town itself; many restaurants were closed, and some buildings were deserted, or at least appeared so. There's a huge casino right next to the hotel, which we didn't visit. ``` A bus to Lugano runs approximately every hour; the stop is right in front of the hotel. You can also take a boat to Lugano; the ferry dock is about 7 minutes from the hotel. Thank you again for the wonderful stay.

Our group stayed here for a couple of nights and it was really hard to leave — we loved the place! While the hotel itself looks a bit on the smaller side, the rooms were very spacious, beautifully designed, and full of natural light, giving a very inviting feel. The staff were welcoming, always smiling, and we truly appreciated their hospitality and kindness. We also enjoyed the thoughtful touches like complimentary drinks at a time of our choice and a discount for dinner at the hotel restaurant — which turned out to be absolutely delicious.

The hotel is excellent in every way. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the location is perfect. The reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly, always welcoming guests with a smile. I would especially like to mention Roberto, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable with his professionalism and kindness. Truly outstanding service – I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again. 🙏

Wonderful stay! Anastasia welcomed us warmly and took care of everything with a smile. We were even treated to prosecco and bruschetta in the room. Excellent service – highly recommended!

The hotel itself is very beautiful and luxurious. The rooms are very comfortable, and I think the bathroom is especially stylish! The staff was always very helpful and friendly. I would have liked a bit more choice at breakfast for a 5-star hotel. Personally, I felt a few things were missing... The spa area was okay, but I had hoped the pool here would be a bit bigger. It was a real joke... What was worse, though, was that there were flakes everywhere in the pool. It looked like someone had spit in it, which is why my husband and I didn't go in at all... that shouldn't be happening... I also missed a gym area...

An excellent stay with wonderful staff who paid close attention to detail. The staff were incredibly helpful and ensured we had a wonderful stay! The spa was fantastic, and the option of breakfast in the room and valet parking made our stay even more enjoyable.
