A very Nice hôtel with very freundlich Team, the breakfast and the restaurant are offering a variety of dishes, and the recommendation from the personal are top. We had the best room ever and I can recommend to do it, as a birthday present we have enjoyed it. Also dog friendly for our Nino. Thanks to the hotel team.

Che spettacolo! Un’ottima selezione di piatti: 1. Tagliere di salumi e formaggi – Un mix di affettati di qualità, formaggi, noci, mostarda e gnocco fritto. Perfetto per iniziare con gusto. 2. Battuta di carne cruda – Impiattata in modo raffinato con ingredienti che ne esaltano il sapore: tartufo, capperi, maionese aromatica, senape e uova di quaglia marinate. 3. faraona con purea di patate – Sembra condito con tartufo e una salsa saporita, probabilmente a base di riduzione di carne. 4. Un filetto, ma alla griglia – Servito su un letto di verdure, con una salsa che sembra balsamica o ridotta al vino rosso. Accompagnato da Etna Rosso “Sul Vulcano” di Donnafugata è un vino elegante e complesso, perfetto per accompagnare la faraona. Con il suo profilo minerale, le note di frutti rossi, spezie e leggera affumicatura, si sposa benissimo con la carne saporita e il tartufo. Inoltre, la sua freschezza e i tannini setosi lo rendono anche un ottimo compagno per la battuta di carne e il filetto. Ti è piaciuto l’abbinamento? Lo sceglieresti di nuovo?

Magnificent hotel! Friendly welcome. Top breakfast and restaurant. Excellent food, well done to the chef! Magnificent room, very large, top cleanliness, we slept well. The spa which is included in the price, absolute relaxation. We will come back. We recommend 100%.

Extremely overpriced hotel. Never 5*, we would give a well-intentioned 3*. The view is fantastic, the rest is mediocre at best and the prices are never justified.

Friendly staff and great location. Rich breakfast buffet. It's a shame that there is a lack of care and detail. It is by no means a 5* hotel, which is why I think the price for the elite room is much too high. The hotel is getting old and it shows (stained shower curtains, fitted carpet everywhere, peeling paint on the windows, unkempt balcony, etc.). Parking situation not ideal.
