Great Natural Wine options and the food is amazing. Really great to see that they really care about how you experience everything, awesome service from the staff and knowledgeable about what they got. This is what a restaurant should be, great food and drinks and the best service, thanks guys.

First time here we were amazed by the welcome, the friendliness, the professionalism of the staff...we felt pampered...the dishes one better than the other we couldn't find a flaw, not even on the bread! served hot, crunchy accompanied by two exceptional oils, each dish has been taken care of down to the smallest detail from the plating to the flavors mixed to perfection, all very nice and good... very intimate and particular environment, well cared for, clean and elegantly set up... which say...we will definitely be back

Scoperto per caso passeggiando per le vie di Monopoli ci ha incuriosito la location ed il menù più ricercato e meno turistico.
Entrando la location non era da meno particolare elegante ma allo stesso tempo accogliente .
Servizio eccellente : disponibilità cortesia e simpatia nonché attenzione a tutto dal sommelier, alla descrizione dei piatti all’esposizione al tavolo del pescato del giorno disponibile.
Piatti con materie prime locali ma ricercati innovativi e con accostamenti insoliti in alcuni casi ma davvero gustoso e sorprendenti .
Molto simpatica la degustazione di tre tipologie di olio direttamente al tavolo nell’attesa delle pietanze con un ottimo pane di accompagnamento.

Food was delicious. Easily the best meal I had in Italy. The staff was very approachable and professional. The ambient was very cozy.
