Delicious, really special food in a quiet local neighborhood. We had the porchetta, amatriciana and a broccoli sausage pasta. The waiter was so nice and recommended a great wine. We loved it!!! Oh & don’t skip the tiramisu

A corner of pleasure in Testaccio. Excellent fusion cuisine. Everything perfect from starter to dessert. Refined dishes, interesting combinations, good choice of wines. Efficient and attentive service, truly a place to return!

upon entering this place we noticed that the furnishings were discreet and the place is a bit small.
Nothing to say about the food: the pasta cooked just right, the carbocrema really excellent and the bacon cooked to perfection.
the service was very elegant and fast, I really liked the Roman accent of the waiter which I really appreciated being that I love Rome

The union between tradition and modernity hinted at by Conciabocca's philosophy, although it is evident from the choices of dishes, is not glimpsed at all in the tasting menu.
We appreciated the carbonara, perhaps among the best we've tasted so far, and the tiramisu but on the rest the words of that old adage "I would like but (yet) can't" resonate.
Going by order, the skullcap supplì was tasteless. The mixed salad with porchetta was very good, but the latter was dry towards the center and with the annoying "food thread" which we were warned about during the presentation. Couldn't it really have been done differently? The cheek was well cooked, very sweet but with an underlying carrot flavor that covered every other element on the plate, even the excellent broccoli. We didn't understand the choice of raspberry coulis in the dessert, really very acidic and able to completely cancel out the Bavarois and shortcrust pastry. Applause certainly goes to the service who, seeing that the dessert was not appreciated, immediately brought us a revisited tiramisu instead of the Bavarian cream. The strengths described and the good sweet white wine that was brought to us made for a pleasant tasting that, in reality, we would not try again. Maybe it will be better next time.

Salta agli occhi che i proprietari, rispettivamente sommelier e chef amano accogliere e non solo “vendere”.

Questo locale nel cuore di Testaccio merita un plauso. Trovato casualmente ,ci sono stato a pranzo domenica. Locale piccolo ma curato, pulito. Servizio attento e molto presente. Non vi sto a dire cosa abbiamo mangiato, vi dirò solamente che tutto era buonissimo, ben impiattato e spiegato dal gentile cameriere. Quel che ho visto passare tra i tavoli era altrettanto invitante, molto. C'è tanta qualità e tanto lavoro di livello in cucina e in sala. Bravissimi tutti ,veramente complimenti. Ci rivedremo di sicuro , devo anche menzionare un conto giusto.
