5* for encouragement because I saw a lot of effort from these guys. I found the gazpacho and diaphragm excellent, the bao and the picanha appetizer (the tartare was better than the strips) were a bit subdued. The desserts, especially the brioche, were dry and the ricotta a bit too cold. Excellent service.

Just a 10-minute walk from the tourist areas and it’s great Roman food in a lovely neighborhood restaurant in a residential area. The only person speaking English was the co-owner who was attentive and helpful with terrific suggestions. The selections of wine by the glass were excellent and desserts were best we’ve had in Rome.

We arrived a little lost during the youth jubilee and in theory they couldn't give us a table because it was already very late, but the woman did everything possible and was able to give us the food to take away relatively quickly. She also gave us bottles of water and gave us a bottle of Coca-Cola. A ten out of ten experience, it saved our lives.

What can I say? A unique yet classic cuisine. A discreet venue, yet in a neighborhood setting characteristic of Roman folk culture. Recommended for tourists who want a true local experience and taste quality food they certainly won't find at other restaurants!
