CONCEPT45 In Milano

**August in the city! Lunch at Cotoliamo, Hilton Milan** Today I had lunch at Cotoliamo, a delightful bistro located inside the Hilton Milan, open to everyone, not just hotel guests. The atmosphere is relaxed and the dishes are truly delicious. The wine cellar offers a selection of excellent quality: we drank a really good rosé. In the photos there Choice of my dishes.

2024: revisited this restaurant, not as good as first time and the menu was not the same either. Went with high expectations to refresh old memories but was not impressed. 2022: If I could give it six stars, I would have! Loved their cotolette ( by far the thickest I have had, and most juicy) and the tuna steak with goose liver was the best!

It's not the first time I've eaten in this restaurant, the atmosphere isn't great, but the food you order is of an excellent standard. We had appetizers and risotto with ossobuco for everyone and drank water and wine. It was very, very good! Well done! Prices a little expensive.

Awesome service by Mel and José, very accommodating and very nice. Food was very tasteful. It was the best dinner we have had in Italy in nine days. Restaurant atmosphere was very relaxing. Nice job!!

Quite expensive, and not very tasty.

We were looking for restaurants at about 11:00 o'clock as we did not have breakfast and it was close to lunchtime. CotoliAMO was one of the few availale options that we had. At first we were a bit concerned about coming here as some Google reviews recounted bad service experiences. We turned up at about 12:00 o'clock and we were the first guests. Their kitchen was just about to open. All in all we were content with what we had for lunch. The wait service was not as bad as those reviews suggested but we might have lucked it out. I can recommend having lunch here especially when you do not want to be too far away from the railway station.

Professional team, our server was very attentive and would help us understand the menu. The food was great, i had bone marrow risoto and the signature veal. Very nicely cooked. We also ordered beef carpaccio for starters and the ingredients were amazing, very fresh and we could taste the quality. Overall very enjoyable dinner

Restaurant located in the station area inside a famous hotel. The main reason to go is the famous cotoletta alla milanese, served in giant portions for the whole table Must try

Food was fantastic! Really enjoyed the cutlet and the Montepulciano. Service was unfortunately missing and service given to only certain tables. Ignored for 20 minutes after finishing main course and so walked to the exit and asked for the bill.
