Beautiful view of the Vado bay. The meat cooking methods were some appropriate and enhanced the product, others less so. Poor side dishes, the dessert with the wafer not very crispy. Pleasant atmosphere, you could smell the good smell of pizza, I take this opportunity to remind you that haste is the enemy of good food.

We have been customers for a lifetime, the food and pizza are excellent, the service is always very kind and the waiting times are short. The welcome from the owners and staff is impeccable. The cleaning is also very well taken care of. If you want to spend a nice evening or enjoy Sunday lunch, this is the ideal place! The dolcifi deserve a mention, very well cared for and trepidatious!

Great restaurant, I've been a couple of times and I've always eaten appetizers and grilled meat. Many gluten-free options and some vegetarian ones. Very friendly staff, fast and competent service. Wonderful view

Location with a fantastic view... All the staff is very kind and very prepared... The dishes are good but not very good, especially for the price they have... I expected something more... I will go back again to give it another chance...

Premetto che non ero mai stato alla Conca Verde. Ne ho sempre sentito parlare, ma come è giusto che sia - non avendo avuto un'esperienza diretta - non ho mai potuto esprimere un parere al riguardo. Aggiungi poi il fatto che noi italiani, liguri anche di più, siamo sempre (purtroppo) propensi ad apprezzare ciò che è lontano, anziché quanto ci offra la nostra città o più semplicemente la nostra regione. Cogliendo l'occasione di un pranzo di anniversario di famiglia sono finalmente andato alla Conca Verde. Ok, la strada (circa 2,5km) non è delle migliori, seppur asfaltata. È stretta, capita di incrociare il tipico camioncino che non ti agevolerà nemmeno sotto tortura e ringrazi di aver lasciato l'auto "buona" a casa, come del resto cerchi di fare ad ogni pranzo/cena fuori. Una volta raggiunta la location si apprezza la vista su Legni e Porto Vado in lontananza, ma ancora di più il fatto che le salette interne siano sapientemente divise da piccoli separè, i quali garantiscono privacy e al contempo non ti fanno sentire in castigo rispetto agli altri tavoli. E poi il cibo. La vera grande sorpresa che non mi sarei mai e poi mai aspettato. Un percorso gastronomico curato, ordinato, pulito e accompagnato da un servizio da lode, per educazione e precisione. Il menù degustato, mari e monti, è quello che ti aspetteresti di trovare in un ristorante grassettato sulla tipica Guida prezzolata e così ti ritrovi ad apprezzare dall'antipasto ai primi, dai secondi alla torta di produzione propria. Fatemi aggiungere che anche il caffè, cosa rarissima nei ristoranti, era fantastico. Cercherò di non dilungarmi oltre, ma posso tranquillamente sostenere che la Conca Verde va assolutamente provata e ve lo dice uno che non aveva grandi aspettative. La cosa più bella è stata proprio riuscire a sorprendermi ad ogni portata e la consapevolezza che se dovessi scegliere dove cenare (o pranzare) a Savona, questa sarebbe adesso tra le mie prime scelte. In ultimo, cito le parole del titolare in risposta ad una recensione letta da qualche parte: "La strada è impervia e non è raggiunta da mezzi pubblici. Se il locale è sempre pieno di persone, un motivo ci sarà". Il motivo c'è ed è che la Conca Verde è un ristorante che vale il viaggio, anche se la strada fosse lunga e stretta il doppio. Bravi!
